GoogleI cannot speak highly enough of Winkworth Surbiton. As a tenant, I have been consistently impressed with the quality of the service and the level of professionalism displayed since renting with Winkworth. No request or question is too small, and both Claire S and Claire M have been wonderful. I am very pleased with my flat and the process could not have been easier.

GoogleWe had a great experience using Winkworth in Surbiton, in our search for our new home. Our agent, Ryan West, was particularly helpful throughout the process and very knowledgeable. We will certainly be contacting Ryan in future and would recommend him & Winkworth to any landlord, tenant or potential buyers.

GoogleClaire at Winkworth did an amazing job navigating some tricky waters between all parties and going the extra mile to get this house sold. The excellent communication and sheer hard work that went into making everything run as smoothly as possible was very impressive and we are grateful as this sale couldn't have happened without her. Great job.

GoogleEstate Agents don’t always get good press. And during the sale of my flat, one agent proved this to be totally justified. But Ben and Nigel at Winkworth, definitely deserve some good press. Their professionalism and upbeat manner shone through, not just at the beginning of the instruction, but the entire way through the sales process. They outperformed the other agency, (who touted themselves as the best local agency) in every department, and got the sale, in a very challenging market. A great example of bluster and bluff, being beaten by some good old fashioned graft and good manners. In short, definitely recommended.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

GoogleWe are newcomers to the area and Winkworth has been providing professional advises throughout the renting process. It is always not easy to have an international move from another country, however, we are so grateful that have met the Winkworth Surbiton team which handled the whole process extremely smooth. I believe credit has to go to Debbie, who provided us constant updates, followed-up in a timely manner, and provide quality "after-sale" services. She is amazing and I would highly recommend her and the team to anyone. Thank you so much! Great job!PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

GoogleI was looking for a property to rent in Surbiton in October 2022 and proceeded with a property that was advertised by Winkworth. Mr. Ryan, the property consultant who dealt with me, was so friendly and efficient and supported me throughout the process. He is undoubtedly one of the best agents I've come across. Thank you, Winkworth, and especially Mr. Ryan, for handling the process swiftly and so professionally. Highly recommended.

GoogleI let out my one-bed flat through Winkworth Surbiton and I cannot recommend them highly enough! In all my dealings they have been nothing but honest and hardworking, a completely different feel to the plethora of ‘chain’ agents that you find in the area. I have no hesitation in giving my highest possible recommendation.
