GoogleWe were very pleased with our agent Stack and Bonner to sell our flat at Kingston. Richard Winckley and the team have done a fantastic job despite the many complications throughout the process. Richard remained always professional and very quick to communicate with us, whether by phone or email. We felt that he really made an effort to complete the deal as soon as possible. GoogleI have since amended my previous review. I was recontacted by the letting steam after an initially frustrating interaction about a property I was very interested in. James and Megan have taken really good care of me and the whole process was very smooth. They have dealt with any issues in a timely and professional manner. Their communication has been great and I would definitely let with this agent again on the basis of having gone through the process fully with them.
Hi Alex, thank you for taking the time to leave a review. The tenant is abroad so arranging viewings has proved to be difficult. A candidate came forward with an offer well over asking price paying for the tenancy upfront without even seeing the apartment. Unfortunately these things happen from time to time.

GoogleSomewhat belatedly, I just wanted to thank you very much indeed for working so hard to bring our sale to completion. Richard brought just the right kind of continual pressure onto the buyer and his solicitor to get us over the line. We completed on the 31 August and funds were very swiftly deposited into my bank account. Since than I have had a great time working out where I can put the money for maximum interest. Debts are getting paid off now and my wife and myself are feeling very much more relaxed as a result! We have just had three days up in London, by way of a celebration, which was great fun, if not a little tiring. Anyway, thank you and all of S&B for your invaluable help during the selling process, it was an excellent result. Robert FItzHerbert

GoogleWe recently sold our property through Stack and Bonner and can recommend them as a highly professional company with a very personable ethos. When we originally bought the property in 2019 it was through Stack and Bonner and, as buyers, we found them great to deal with. A couple of years later we let our property out and used their lettings team who were brilliant to deal with. So, when we came to sell the property in 2024 we didn’t hesitate in using Stack and Bonner again. Our sale was particularly challenging for reasons outside of our control, but Stack and Bonner guided us through the whole process and kept it on track. We would thoroughly recommend them to anyone looking to sell a property.

Hi Benjamin, you have never let through us. Please remove this as it is completely inaccurate. If you were a true client, you would know our deposits are held with the Tenancy Deposit Scheme and not the agency directly.

GoogleVery unprofessional people work there. For instance, Megan - a letting negotiator whom I had to push 24/7 for anything to happen. She would never call back or reply to my email or be at least remotely interested in doing her job. She doesn't know anything: how parking permits work, what the total area is, or what the property floor plan looks like. She just couldn't be bothered. It's a shame because their agency had a few very attractive properties on the market but dealing with these sort or people is a nightmare. Ended up finding a property elsewhere UPD: I was contacted by the Stack&Bonner management. The manager was genuinely interested in my feedback which I provided. He apologised to me and seemed to be keen on improving things. Let's hope it was a one-off issue.
