The real unique difference to other agents is she was always available working well as she really puts her heart and soul into her business. I cannot say thank you enough. Would wholeheartedly recommend.

TrustpilotOpenly discriminate against low incomes.
Refused to register a Ukrainian friend because her income didn’t meet their threshold which is apparently designed to exclude absolutely anyone using housing benefits or a low income (£31k threshold incidentally). Highly discriminatory and rude.

Helpful staff who are always polite and go above and beyond to fix issues quickly. Very professional and kept me updated throughout making the process very stress free. 100% recommend!

Southernbrook have managed my properties for 15 years. I can't fault them, always efficient, professional and cheerful. Just last month, tenants gave notice, the property was marketed the next day, new tenants found and contracts signed within the week. I couldn't ask for more. Thank you to all the team.
