FacebookSouthernbrook have treated my Ukrainian friend and her son very poorly. They have not carried out their duty in ensuring the flat was habitable - i.e. ensuring everything is fully functional before the start of the tenancy. They are very slow in arranging repairs after multiple requests to resolve problems. It should not take 5 weeks to repair heaters leaving vulnerable children without heating in the middle of winter. It is the agent's duty to get these things done, not the tenant's. I am posting this in the hope that members of the Southernbrook staff will get on and do what they are being paid to do.
