GoogleI would give 0 starts if I could, absolutely rubbish and unprofessional team, no communication within the team, let alone with the clients. I’m pretty clueless how landlords are trusting this establishment with their properties. Waited more than a week for a viewing and been rushed through to see. Very unhappy with there customer experience. I WOULD NOT recommend anyone to use this company, wasted so much of my time. TIME WASTERS.

The agent Evie, she was amazing... very kind, genuine, dealing with me with patience, as i had an awful experience in the past with another agency/ house sharing, and she was absolutely excellent dealing with me. GoogleCan't help but to leave this review as had no real support from them on my checkout. Its hard to leave on good terms with any agent but I have been seriously let down by their team. We booked a checkout date that was not complied by the company they used. Then the landlord tried to take all our deposit money to "replace a countertop because it has a cup mark on it". Had to go thru the dispute channels to get justice done.

GoogleAfter staying in Saxon kings property for only a few months, TWO people have unlocked my room with a master key against my will. While I was getting dressed, a repairman came in unannounced, and while I was asleep a Saxon kings agent unlocked and opened my door…. And still didn’t close it after shouting at them to from my bed.

GoogleAfter undertaking Saxon King's Electrical works since late 2019 i can safely say that Sarah & her team are incredibly professional, thorough and work to a very high standard. Tenants always speak highly of the team at Saxon Kings as do Landlords. Sarah will always find a positive route to work round any issues her clients may have. Googlethey make money from holding fee. even you ask 100 times about refferencing, they behave like everything is fine. and you can get the holdimg fee back if there is any problem. but after all they are willing to give back 50pound out of 250pound. nobady should trust them. dont get information verbaly but make them write all things. orherwise they just deny what did they say. never go there.

GoogleWe have just rented a property from Saxon Kings and have been impressed with their service so far. We had to find a place on short notice when our house sold and everyone at Saxon Kings got everything done very quickly. They were still very professional even when we called them many times a day lol. It's great to find an estate agent that is proactive. Thank you all!
