Sarah and her team are the ultra professionals of the sales and letting world. We undertake their heating and plumbing works and we regularly hear from tenants when we call to make the appointment "Oh we only told them just now". They get onto any issues tenants have straight away which as we all know, Happy tenant = happy landlord/lady!! They don't just spend landlords/ladies money loosely though. If they can show the tenant how to top the pressure up for example to save a call out they will do so. If you are a landlord/lady and looking for an agent, STOP LOOKING and call Sarah now!

I had written this review a few years ago and have recently updated it at the bottom. I purchased a BTL investment property through Saxon Kings in 2014 and then had it let and fully managed with them once my purchase had gone through. They have managed the property for many years and have helped me resolve many issues for which i'm extremely grateful as my own lifestyle means time is of a premium. On a couple of occasions I was out of the country on business and the team were able to respond and also fix emergency repair work when i was non-contactable. I was extremely grateful for this as the issues needed immediate weekend attention. I have always had a quick response and excellent customer service along with great tenants as a result of their professionalism. There have been occassions where I have called upon their expertise with other contacts for medium scale work such as the installation of an electrical boiler/heating and also handyman activities. I would have no hesitation in recommending their services or buying through them and then using their management service for another BTL property in the future. I'm updating the review slightly as of 2024 - I've continued to receive a very high level of professional service from Saxon Kings as the years have rolled on. I'm highly impressed with the team, they are always professional, reliable, highly effective and helpful at all times.

We have had an awful experience with Saxon Kings in Kingston, and found them to be unprofessional from start to finish. We eventually decided to use an alternative estate agent after we waited 10 mins outside a property for a viewing, only to be called and told the person showing us the property is running late and will only be able to arrive within 20 minutes (total wait time of 30mins). I understand people run late, but 30 mins isn’t acceptable especially as we had already had a poor experience with Saxon Kings prior to this moment. First, second and third impressions count, and Saxon Kings failed on all three. Without even seeing any of their properties they already come across as unprofessional, untrustworthy and incompetent, I dread to think what their property management services are like. EDIT I have just seen your response below. The reason you do not see me in your records is because my girlfriend arranged it. Trust me, I am not getting confused with another company.

Saxon Kings are by far the most unprofessional agency and group of people I have ever come across. From start to finish the entire process was stressful, extremely time consuming and filled with problems. I cannot express how disgraceful this agency is - and so unapologetic for mistakes made on their part which cost me a lot of money and time. On the day the tenancy begun they weren't available and the keys didn't allow me access to the property, I was therefore stuck on the side of the road with all my furniture and personal belongings. Utterly disappointed, please as landlords and or tenants - go somewhere else! It just isn't worth it.
