GoogleExcellent service from start to finish by the let team at Saxon Kings, especially Nicola who looked after the process of renting out my flat. She was fantastic in managing to secure a tenant for my property in less than 24 hours after it went on the market. It was quite impressive! Nicola was also a superstar and found a buyer for my property within 1day of it going on the market. Unbelievable!! 🙏🏼 Both ladies are extremely knowledgeable, very professional yet friendly, making an otherwise stressful process easy. GoogleI have bought a property this year. The process took a little bit longer than normal but without help from Nicola Davies and Joanna Ferguson it would not happened. They were very helpful and arrange a viewing for me as many times as I wanted. I had a number of issues that they dealt with them very quickly and in a very professional way. I am a first time buyer so the process was new to me, but Nicola and Joanna were there from beginning to end. Thank you for all your help.

We had a difficult sale as the lease needed extending at the same time and sellers solicitor was shut down by authorities half way through sale but she managed to get both buyer and seller through.
