I am surely biased! Lucie White is such a delightful person that anyone meeting her would certainly like to have her not just as a property agent but as a friend/daughter/cousin, she has seemingly effortlessly provided tenants of excellent quality for my apartment in Wimbledon during the past 23 years. Precious, since I live abroad! Lucie is a super professional expert in her field, efficient and above all creates a marvellous level of personal contact with her clients, so much so that now my apartment has been sold I shall miss conversing with Lucie! Within her company Head of Sales Nicolas Pinnell recently sold my property for me and together he and Lucie make a formidable team. Nick is brilliantly competent, intelligent and amiable, he found a buyer fast and followed the whole process closely, was quick to reply when advice was required. I can thoroughly recommend Lucie White & Co.

⭐ 1/5, Very disappointing experience I rented a property through Lucy White for four years, and unfortunately, my experience at the end of the tenancy was extremely disappointing. Before leaving the property, I paid for a professional cleaning company, as requested/recommended by the agency. The cleaning was quite expensive, and I made every effort to return the property in good condition. Of course, after living in a property for four years, some normal wear and tear is to be expected. The carpet had never been replaced during my tenancy, it made noises when walking on it, and there were also issues with unpleasant smells in the property. Despite paying for professional cleaning and returning the property after four years of tenancy, I was extremely disappointed with the way my £1,200 deposit was handled. After being a tenant for four years and paying my rent, I expected to be treated fairly and reasonably when leaving. Instead, I was left feeling that normal wear and tear after several years of living in a property was not properly taken into consideration. Based on my personal experience, I cannot recommend Lucy White as a letting agency. I would strongly advise future tenants to take detailed photos and videos when moving in and moving out, keep every receipt, and make sure everything regarding the deposit is documented in writing. A very disappointing end to a four-year tenancy.

I can highly recommend Lucie White & Company for both letting and selling a property. At every step I felt supported and confident in their experience and knowledge. Lucie and her team found fantastic tenants on the two occasions I needed to do so and living some distance from the property I used their management services to handle any issues/repairs which were dealt with in a timely manner, always keeping me in the loop. At the time I needed to sell, I had no hesitation in using their sales team and Nick was brilliant at supporting both the buyer and myself until we crossed the finish line.

She helped us enormously, and we are very grateful for that. We really appreciate the personal care given to our needs and feel very much like part of a big family.
