We have had to redo the letting contract 3 times as the agency sent us different terms (expiry, rental increases, break clauses) than what they accepted in our offer, which was quite a bit frustrating. We are now first month in the house managed by the agency and so far they are quite proactive to get the house in a good standard as well as responsive to issues we have raised after coming in. 3/5 on contract set up and 5/5 on property management.

Lucie White & Company has helped my partner and I find our new rental home. In our experience they offer a personable and friendly service, and that couldn't be more different than other property management companies. Most of our dealings were with Georgia and Sarah, who offered a very professional and personable service to us and made us feel well looked after whilst going through the offer process, securing the flat, signing contracts, protecting our deposit etc. After moving in, we had some issues with the property and the team were very quick to respond and secure resolutions. We very much appreciate having met the team at Lucie White & Company, and we are very happy with the fantastic customer care we have received. They really made a difference in mitigating the stresses of finding a rental home in London. We would highly recommend.

Me and my partner could not speak more highly of the team at Lucie White! Charlotte kindly showed us around a rental property in Surbiton which we immediately loved, she was so warm and welcoming during our visit. Unlike a lot of estate agents we have met with, she advised the agency don’t encourage bidding. As a tenant who has been renting in London for many years, this was so refreshing to hear and put me and my partner at ease. The relentlessness of other agencies to push you to your ‘final and best offer’ ‘are you sure you can’t offer more’. Lucie White do not do this and pride themselves on it. The offer form and process was very easy to complete. We were overjoyed to receive the call from Lucie on the following day to say that our offer had been accepted. We were ecstatic! Lucie was again, very warm and friendly when she relayed all the details. They exceeded our expectations and ensured our offer was fair and relative to the situation. I can’t thank the team enough for helping us find our dream rental property. We are so happy! Thank you Charlotte and Lucie. Flash forward 1 month - we are happily in the property and it already feels like a home! All outstanding jobs were addressed promptly and any concerns I had have been attended too. Thanks so much Georgia (Property Manager) for being so excellent and communicating and reassuring ☺️

Whilst my interactions with Lucie were great, the company did let another renter view a property that was already confirmed to me. Especially after cajoling me to increase my offer which i did. It was disgraceful to see within a day the property go to someone else!! It was outrageous to see this happen especially in Teddington. I was terribly upset as i had cancelled viewing other properties. Whilst agents are known to be less honest most of the time, I’m not sure how this was allowed!! I cant say the emails were very professional either. Ive never had this happen before and ive been renting for 20 yrs plus.
