GoogleWe did not sell our property through KFH but certainly wish that we had! We did however recently purchase our new home through KFH Kingston and can testify to the excellent service Ross and his team (must mention Kaylee) provided. Highly recommended.

GoogleMy experience with the KFH Kingston branch has been nothing but fantastic so far. I found a suitable property on the 2nd flat viewing with the branch, in-fact it was a property they contacted me about, which I've not experienced with other letting agencies! The process has been pretty smooth sailing.

GoogleYou have treated us like we are not your tenants. You treated us like did not pay any admissiontration fees to be treated with any common courtesy. Simply allowing us to use a non lifting parking spot or switching with another tenant will solve entire issue. Please avoid Sara Connell, she is an absolute bully!

As such, we have investigated this for you. It is to our understanding that due to the size of your vehicle, you are unable to park it in your allocated lifted spot as it obstructs your neighbour from being able to access their car. Unfortunately, due to the fact that we do not have any relationship with other residents of the block with a non-lifted parking space, we are unable to contact them about you swapping parking spaces with them. In terms of not allowing you to use a non-lifting parking spot, unfortunately if there are any available to use we would not be able to make this decision as it is not within our jurisdiction. During a difficult market they never lost their motivation and through sheer determination have got the sale of our house across the line. My daughter and I came in contact with KFH in connection with purchasing my daughter’s first-time buyer property. Well, I am 64 years old and invariably have had innumerable contacts with Estate Agencies over the years. I would rate KFH Kingston as exceptional. Everyone in the team is very professional in their manner and you get the feeling that they are in the job because they want to be there. We found Connor to be reliable and always a polite and pleasant individual to communicate with. He is a good and patient listener. Connor takes his job seriously, knows what he is doing and tries to do his best. All of above in turn means the customer experience is a good one. He was honest, professional and helpful from start to finish and helped all communications run smoothly. I appreciated everything about the way he handled the process.
