GoogleIt was a really pleasure for us make the deal with this agency. From the beginning, our Agent (Jack Parsons) from Kingston office, was very gentle and patient with us. He answered all our questions and solved all our doubts before to make the agreement, which made us to feel comfortable all the time. Moreover, the process was very easy and convenient for people who are busy or don’t have too much time to go 2 or 3 times to the letting agency. We are very glad to find them. For sure, in a future, our next move will be with this agency.

GoogleI had complete confidence in Ross Jordan at KFH Kingston - his knowledge of his business and his management skills. The service we received was first class. Throughout the selling process Ross managed everything for us, guiding us with our obligations; and his best advice where we had options. His judgement was good and he gave his opinion only when asked for it.He explained everything clearly; answered all emails and phone calls promptly and was always on top of our case. He was invariably friendly and approachable while being business-like at all times. Importantly, I thought he managed the sale to the benefit of both us and our buyer so that the process ran smoothly for a successful sale for all concerned. Thank you!

GoogleJack Parsons has helped me to find a nice home many times. not like the other agents of other agencies chase tenants a lot, he was very reliable, kind and professional. works in a calm and orderly way. It was great experience with him this time but wish to get in touch with him again if I have an opportunity!:)

GoogleUnprofessional, Unresponsive, and Totally Unhelpful to Tenants." Real cowboys. Don’t trust this guys. Avoid at any cost.
