GoogleI have never experienced as proactive an estate agent in terms of not only driving the sale of the property, but stewarding the sale through to completion with dialogue with both sets of solicitors to ensure the sale executed smoothly. Ross Jordan and his team did an excellent job.

GoogleJust received a call from my son in the Uk this the first year at Kingston university trying to rent property after we gives this agancy all the requirements they asked for now they charge us 400 pound as holding deposit as the landlord havenβt accepted us. How come this is happening and with students donβt know anything in this country I write to the local MP in Kingston they should no doing this kind of business with students I have read reviews for same Sales representative Holly Witherington absolutely liar she advised us for all this and now she come back that not accepted and no refundable holding deposit

GoogleI have been looking for a flat on Rightmove out of no where I received many calls from Holly offering me a flats after many viewing I decided rent flat with this agency she advised me to pay one week holding deposit for some reason they decided to cancel my offer and donβt refund me the week holding deposit!!! . My advice to everyone thinking to rent flat throughout This branch to take extra care for the information they provide because at the end they will charge you for nothing and is all about money!!! I rent many time throughout Open rent when I pay one week holding deposit always refundable never happened with like this still canβt believe that you go to rent flat and you pay this money for nothing. Very bad experience, wrong information, the complaint department never responded

GoogleI just come from Ukraine with no experience in renting a property in the UK. I choose the KFH agency to help me find a nice flat and it was my big mistake when I try to rent a flat through this agency I expect the sales adviser Holly Witherington to guide me throughout the process, but unfortunately, I received the wrong information from her. She told me to pay a one-week holding deposit for the apartment I have chosen and of course, I accept it and I paid this money but at the same time, I didn't know if the landlord or whatever reason will not accept my application, I will not get my one-week holding deposit back!!! My advice to everyone who wants to rent a flat through this agency is to take extra care of all the information they provide as I find it a bit tricky and is very hard for anyone not working in property can understand it so please don't just rely on what they advise you!!! and read everything to want you to sign on.

GoogleI had a long six months process to buy my new home. It was very stressful for me as I had to do a lease extension for the property I was selling. However, I would like to say a big Thank you to Jo (Joseph Fogarty) and his team at Kingston office for all the help and support they gave me. Jo was fantastic to work with. He was so good to advise me when I needed it and be patient when things went on and on β¦ Jo was extremely communicative and easy to reach to answer any of my questions at all times as well as the whole chain and always updated me with the latest. Now, that it is all over looking back I can say best part of the whole process was dealing with an estate agent like KFH. Thank you so much!PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

GoogleVery worst experience with their agent Holly Witherington. She is just keeping encourage you to increase the offer by Β£50 and Β£50 to "bit" the flat for rent within couple hours even sight unseen. Finally the property I found that it is ex-council flat at first floor and the neightbour at ground floor is still a benefited family living in their council house. I really suprised and trying to ask her did she know that at the beginning. When I ask her did she knows it is an ex-council house after the crazy "bidding", she just said "I DON'T AWARE". Okay, I also didn't aware this kind of big estate agents company has this professional agent answered me this professional answer. I feel like I am being lied to place a ridiculous high offer for her high commission.

GoogleDevaluing property. Theyβre putting houses on market at 5% less than they sold for a year ago. You might think thatβs due to the property market, but I suspect itβs because theyβve gone off sold price databases that havenβt got the latest data from the land registry as they donβt seem aware of the latest sales in my area. E.g. rightmove sold prices are very out of date at the moment.

GoogleI recently sold my property through KFH (Kingston) and have been really pleased with the overall experience. From initial dealings with the branch manager my day-to-day dealings were with Connor Marney. Throughout the process all my dealings with him were professionally conducted and I never had to chase him or KFH up on any matters. I found him to be proactive and this went a long way to make the whole process surprisingly quick and stress free.
