We had an excellent experience working with KFH. Mr Med Moroglu was our advisor and was extremely helpful and keen. He always made time to meet with us and answer all of our questions (quite a few). He is very knowledgable and always advised us about potential deals and discounts. Thanks to him, we have a beautiful new flat which we love. We honestly can't thank him and his team enough. Would work with him in a heartbeat again.

In reference to the KFH Crystal Palace branch.Before dealing with KFH, we had already had very bad experiences with other local agents when looking to buy our first property.Therefore, from the off it was incredibly refreshing to deal with KFH Crystal Palace. All members of staff which we engaged with were incredibly professional, proactive and diligent. We want to give specific shoutouts to Lewis James and Nick Reeves. Lewis was clearly very experienced when supporting us with negotiating the purchase price with the seller, and was always contactable to speak through our position.Nick led our viewing of the property that we ultimately purchased. Straight away it was clear he was very knowledgeable and was able to answer almost all of our queries (and we asked A LOT of questions). For the ones he couldn't answer, he actually followed up (other agents said they would but never did) with us the next day, having clarified with the sellers. He was incredibly thorough and proactive, often preempting our questions as buyers and contacting the sellers accordingly to clarify any outstanding points. What we really valued was Nick's regular calls and mails updating us of the sellers position and progress, helping avoid stress in what can be a very stressful process. A huge special thank you Nick for your support throughout the process, we really appreciate it.We also wanted to mention Dwayne Whyte, who we viewed many properties with earlier on in our search. Dwayne was incredible helpful and he ensured we were also the first to hear about properties that actually met our criteria (can't be said about other agents!).Overall, we had a brilliant experience and we would highly recommend using KFH, whether you're buying or selling. As soon as I met Sophie from KFH in Earlsfield, I knew she was the person I wanted to sell our house. She had exactly the right combination of professionalism and approachability, and from the very start I knew I was in good hands. She introduced me to her team, who went above and beyond to make the process as painless as possible, dealing with the inevitable hiccups along the way in a calm, efficient and friendly manner. They achieved a good sale quicker than I had dared to hope, and I could not be more delighted. I have no hesitation in awarding them 5 stars, and would give 10 if I could, as they always went above and beyond. My instinct proved correct!

We had a fantastic experience of both buying our dream home & selling our home at the same time. KFH agents had a positive attitude from the start, encouraging us through the process & made the dual selling & buying process less stressful. We got an offer above asking price for our house. The agents were professional & worked tirelessly to make the deal happen. They also gave us a fantastic mortgage broker who was key in delivering the result we wanted, negotiating the best possible rate for us with the bank. Stephen sold our 3 bed maisonette and assisted in our purchase of our new 'to be' forever home. Stephen was great at managing both our sale and purchase and it always felt like he had our interests at heart and was fIr to both parties whilst doing so. He was available out of standard hours to ensure the sale and purchase went ahead smoothly and we wouldn't regret in recommending him to friends and using Stephen in particular in the future.

Very disappointed with how this process was handled in Battersea. From the outset, the property was incorrectly advertised as being on the second and third floor, when it was in fact on the third and fourth floor. Additionally, the listing did not clarify that the price was non-negotiable, nor did it state “offers in excess of” or “guide price.” This lack of clarity from day one resulted in unnecessary time being wasted. The offer process itself lacked transparency. I was not informed that the situation had moved to a “best and final” stage, nor was I told this would be my last opportunity to increase my offer. I was also not clearly given the chance to revise my offer after being told there was other interest. Generic statements such as “there are other buyers” are commonly used in this industry and do not clearly indicate a final competitive bidding process. Clear and explicit communication is essential when buyers are expected to make major financial decisions. I also requested that my higher offer of £510,000 be communicated to the vendor. This either did not happen or was done too late, which raises serious concerns about how the offers were handled and whether the vendor was fully informed in time. Overall, the process felt unclear, poorly communicated, and avoidably frustrating. With accurate advertising and transparent handling of offers, this situation could have been managed far better.

We sold our house with the Sydenham branch of KFH and they were great throughout.Toby the agent who handled our sale process and the bulk of the viewings deserves particular praise: responsive to our queries, quick to share updates from our buyers, proactive in seeking updates from 3rd parties like our buyers solicitors and was friendly and easy to deal with throughout. We ended up using their mortgage brokers too and this was not quite as good: the broker was quite hard to get a hold off and didn't flag things like the fact that the interest rate with our lender went up between the initial discovery and getting an offer. We got there, but it was a more difficult experience than other mortgage brokers we had worked with. Sales was 5-star, mortgage broker was a 3.

GoogleWe originally had our property on with another agent for 3 months, with only a slow trickle of viewings, price reductions, no offers and a frustrating lack of communication. We spoke to a few agents when looking for an alternative and felt like Will really listened to us and wanted to help (unlike the others who felt very pushy/salesy!). His communication throughout the whole process has been excellent. Always willing to answer questions and give advice and guidance through what is quite a stressful time! Whenever we spoke to anyone else at KFH, they were also super helpful too. I would highly recommend using Will as your agent if you are looking at buying/selling - thanks Will!

GoogleGreat team here, found a lovely place thanks to Holly Witherington! She was extremely professional, polite and friendly - always replying to our emails quickly. Throughout the whole process: arranging the viewing, showing me around the property, following up with the offer and finalising the tenancy agreement, Holly has been an absolute pleasure to work with. We're tenants, and our initial enquiry was regarding a property different to the one we're moving into now, she had suggested alternative properties - which is great because this one is much nicer. Final thanks again, finding a place has been stressful but Holly and the KFH team have definitely made it easier! Wish you all the best Holly!

Before I even arrived in the UK, Linnea sent a video of the property. Then, once I landed, she arranged a physical viewing at my request. We worked with Katarina Hambalkova to arrange our mortgage in the middle of a chain. Ms Hambalkova is extremely professional, nonweldable, and engaged. We had multiple check ins in the process of getting to exchange and completion and she was always "on it" to check that lenders conditions had not changed for the better - such that a new offer would have been better for us.Even when we got very close to the wire she was able to find a better offer and processed it in a heartbeat to get it to the solicitor in the span of an hour in time for exchange of contracts the day after.I cannot recommend her enough!!!!

Exceptional service from Martin and the Kinleigh team in Ealing. When facing an unforeseen issue during the purchase of our first home, we initially thought we would need to withdraw from the sale. However, Martin calmly assured us that the purchase was still possible and provided valuable advice we hadn't considered ourselves. Throughout the entire process, we were kept informed, and working with Martin and the team was remarkably straightforward. We genuinely couldn't have got the property without his assistance and are truly grateful for the service we received. Even after completion, they continued to assist with general questions and put us in touch with builders. I am hugely grateful to Will for his excellent communication and support throughout the house-buying process. He was exceptionally prompt in his replies, and always patient with my many questions, being a first-time buyer. I felt throughout the process that Will had my best interests at heart, and would absolutely use Will in the future. I would highly recommend using Will as an agent in purchasing a house. The solicitors that were recommended via KFH were competent and professional, and the process was seemless.
