Which in itself is a rare occurrence in this day and age but especially appreciated as part of a large company. We had a brilliant experience selling our flat with Earlsfield KFH. Rebecca and her team, in particular Tom and Natalia, were fantastic from start to finish. They were professional and hard working, arranging a huge number of viewings from the moment the flat was on the market which enabled us to find a buyer really quickly. Even when the first sale fell through, they continued to work really hard to find a second buyer in record time to ensure we didn’t lose our onward purchase. Best experience with Lucy Baker, KFH

We relocated to the UK last month and I had a few weeks to find a place. I registered with KFH and immediately received property alerts. My second viewing was at our home. I was more than an hour late, I let Lucy Baker know and she kindly waited. I loved the house and immediately started the process. From the start of the process to moving in and only a few weeks in, Lucy and the team was helpful, guided me on everything and made this scary process easy and seamless. I had heard horror stories about how difficult it could be to rent a home as a foreigner without a credit history, but that was not my experience. I recently started looking for a flat to rent and I contacted a lot of agencies but none of them was as dedicated and committed to helping me as KFH was. I worked with Holly, to say she was absolutely wonderful throughout the process is an understatement. In my experience with other agencies sometimes they wasted my time by sending me to view properties that weren't suitable for me, but Holly always narrowed down perfect properties for me and when I couldn't go she tried her best to send me videos of the place. She was very kind and responsible and even though it took me a long time to find something I like, she was always very patient and cared about finding me the right place. Eventually I found a lovely flat according to my requirements. I will be recommending KFH and Holly to anyone who is looking for a place, and next time I need to move I will definitely be contacting Holly again.

I don’t usually write reviews spontaneously, but this time I feel is absolutely worth it. My partner and I are looking to buy a property in Kingston, and we have been dealing for the past weeks with Amanta. I could define her professional, but surely it wouldn’t be enough. She has been the most caring and nicest agent we have dealt with so far (and, unfortunately we dealt with many!). Not only she has tried to find a good fit for our needs, but, as I’m 8 months pregnant, she has been showing us only properties that were an absolute match, rather than showing us properties around well above our budget (as many other competitor agents did!!). She has been honest and trustworthy, something we can’t say about many others in the field. Thank you so much Amanta, we really hope your efforts get repaid!

Certainly have had a positive experience with Kinleigh Folkard and Hayward Estate agents. Always responsive, professional and courteous. Chloe Jackson was responsible for handling my sale and was a delight to work with. I was kept informed at all stages of the process and as to how things were developing. Nothing was too much trouble. Would certainly use KFH again if need be and request Chloe alone to handle my sales. Professionalism goes a long way and she was exceptional. I just bought my first home with Will and Amanta and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. From the very beginning, they were different than every other estate agent I viewed properties with - they weren't pushy or pressuring and it didn't feel like they were playing games with what they said, communication just felt honest and normal. People kept warning me that once the offer is accepted you fall to the bottom of estate agents' priority and you have to constantly chase them up, but this wasn't the case at all. Will always replied immediately, usually within a few hours, and was always very on it with getting answers and providing information, which made me feel like he was personally invested and on my side. It was honestly about as perfect a first home buying process I could have hoped for and can't recommend them enough!

I wasn't looking forward to the whole selling the house thing, but I needn't have worried. Laura, Harry, and the rest of the team were professional, efficient, and hugely importantly kept me informed as to what was going on. There are always delays, or periods where you wonder if anything is happening but I had regular emails and phone calls from the team keeping me up to date with the progress. I can recommend them without hesitation.
