The whole process (which involved the letting of our flat) went very smoothly, which could have been a lot different as the letting fell within the Christmas period. To date we are very impressed with the systems in place and staff commitment and would have no hesitation recommending this company - a professional & helpful team (KFH, Lordship Lane, East Dulwich)

TrustpilotGreat Broker
Lucas from the Tooting KfH branch was a pleasure to deal with. Extremely friendly and considerate of our needs and got us a great rate for our mortgage. Would highly recommend

TrustpilotVery helpful over an extended period
Maintained momentum and energy in pushing a sale through over a particularly long process (6 months) with multiple hiccups. Agent leading it (Lucy) was great and always helpful. I think without KfH's efforts the sale would have likely fallen through.

TrustpilotThey were ok
They were ok. Nothing above the bare minimum in service and tend to ignore questions/queries they don't want to answer. The contractors they use all seem to be more expensive than average for the area.

TrustpilotLottie from KFH is fantastic!
Had a fantastic experience with Lottie from KFH Muswell Hill. She made my buying experience as stress free as possible and was always available via email or phone to answer the many questions I had as a first time buyer. Highly recommend!

GoogleKFH did a great job in helping me find a rental property. The whole process from viewing to moving in took less than three weeks and Linnea, who helped me throughout, was very friendly and provided a very professional service.

TrustpilotManaging an overseas property is hassle free with KFH
We live overseas so good property management is very important for us. KFH are always very professional and proactive and make managing a property remotely a simple exercise and we couldn't be happier.

TrustpilotHumanity and professionalism
I have appreciated the humanity that Fred Wykes from Wimbledon Branch emanated while building the professional relationship with me as a client looking for a flat to rent. Highly appreciated and grateful for such a character trait.

I really enjoyed a night of "binge viewings" with Alice who was well informed and seemed to know an answer to any question re flats, area, market, etc. Very knowledgeable and a nice lady to deal with!

Used them as an estate agent and dealt with them as tenants. They are pushy and ill informed estate agents, and inattentive and annoying as a management company. Avoid at all costs.

Aarti Chohan at the Abbeville branch worked tirelessly for me in what was a very long and complex sale. She was in constant communication thoughout and I have nothing but praise for her commitment and effort.

TrustpilotAnnoying that I can’t give 0 stars
Annoying that I can’t give 0 stars! The worst property management company I have ever come across, their prices are extortionate and we’re currently paying thousands of pounds a year for what feels like a Henry Hoover to visit once a week! Do not use this company for anything!

I liked the initial sales pitch and the help in negotiating the purchase. Assistance on the exchange and completion process was not as strong.

TrustpilotProfessional and proactive support
I moved responsibility for selling a property to KFH from another agent. Immediately, I was impressed by the professional and proactive approach to the job. Throughout the process, I was kept in touch and was offered sound advice. I was given the kind of support that is essential.

Staff at my branch in Queensway are very helpful but the person responsible for maintenance who sits in some other office rarely responds to emails.

TrustpilotAsking price achieved.
I chose to sell my property through Kinleigh Folkard and Hayward (KFH) based on phone contact and initial conversations. The Solicitors and Conveyencing Teams recommended by them were very supportive and knowledgeable. Importantly the asking price was achieved during a difficult market.

The friendly team got us a strong price and worked hard to find us our new home, which they did. They are not 5* as the conveyancing firm they recommended was terrible and the single most stressful part of the experience.

KFH did a great job selling my flat at a hard time in the market. They got lots of people through the door for viewings and Alice (Balham office) was really helpful in assisting me with the flat.

TrustpilotA good reliable company
A good reliable company. Was honest, kept us updated. Always available at the end of the phone or email which is important when going through a new process and was a good rate compared to other agencies in the area.

KFH at the Brockley branch were very helpful and professional throughout the process of selling our property, especially when the buyers weren't the easiest and we needed to complete the sale which we did successfully. I would definitely recommend KFH.
