KFH were very easy and straightforward to deal with in the sale of our property in West Hampstead. I particularly want to mention Zoe and David who were involved in the sale. They worked very hard on our behalf and were supportive and friendly.

By far the worst estate agents I've ever encountered, they illegally entered my property without permission, broke my window then denied all knowledge and laughed when I went to complain. Incompetent, rude and disrespectful only begin to describe them.
