I have bee a landlord with KFH for more years than I can remember which says everything about them. Having used several agents for over 20 years KFH are second to none. Very professional they know the laws of letting inside and out and the staff cannot be more helpful. It’s a pleasure to deal with an agency that gets it right. (…and no I am not an employee of KFH).

GoogleCan't say how pleased I am with KFH and in particular Connor Marney who has been brilliant throughout. Literally found a buyer where two other agents had failed and secured asking price for us, again where all others had failed. Great communication and all round a really positive experience.

The agent Mohammed went beyond, alway being extra helpful in every perspective make client simply amazed, whoever hired him is a lucky profitable man/woman. He even offered to send the key to the car park, never met a property agent is so thoughtful. I would definitely recommend friends to buy or sell house with them.

GoogleKFH have been great., Kaylee was friendly, efficient and communicative and never pushy. We were helped through a complicated purchase when the sale of our own house fell through. And in the end, after a long, difficult and stressful time with other estate agents, we put it on the market with KFH and it sold in one weekend. Kaylee has managed the sale brilliantly.

I recently sold my flat through the Ealing branch and was looked after by Chris and Martin who went above and beyond to hand hold me through the selling process. The process of completion took a little longer than usual however their perseverance of pushing forward key deadlines and ensuring that all parties were working together really helped. Their expertises and friendliness made the usually stressful time that much bearable. I highly recommend KHF for their selling strategy and customer service.

KFH come highly recommended! We bought our flat through them 12 years ago and had such a good experience that they were our ‘go to’ when it came to selling. We had an asking price offer within 48 hours and true to his word, Barrington found us the ideal house, off-market. Finan navigated us smoothly through the process of moving and the flow of communication meant there were no glitches or surprises. A great team effort from KFH!
