YellNot proactive, lack of diligence, unresponsive excruciatingly bad service
Grace Miller have recently employed new staff to manage the block of flats that we live in. The service has since been worse than bad: we have experienced terrible service in their dealing with nuisance neighbours, any issue raised so far this year has not been effectively dealt with, and the approach has been completely reactive - we are having to chase multiple times over weeks or months for any updates, and the diligence shown by their representative so far has been excruciatingly bad, it would seem that our workload has increased despite paying this agent to manage it. We will be recommending that their use for our block of flats be reviewed. We have called up other property managing agents to discover how they deal with similar issues and by comparison with the agent we have been dealing with falls below the standards expected. Extremely disappointed and dissatisfied customer.

I have three flats all managed by different managing agents and good though the other agents are, they fall short of the help and professionalism that Grace Miller provide for Craigside.As well as the super efficient day to day services provided by Grace Miller they deal with the unexpected, such as last years fire in the lift, both promptly and effectively which we were all so thankful for. In addition, Grace Miller go the extra mile for tenants who may need advise and support on all manner of things from decorating to recycling of waste etc. The stress many of us suffered in dealing with other agents before Grace Miller was appointed have now be consigned to history. Thank you Grace Miller, I Cannot recommend you high enough.

YellOutstanding service from Grace Miller
Grace Miller Ltd took over the management of our building in 2009 at the request of the Directors, of whom I am one. We had been very dissatisfied with our previous managing agents.Very quickly Grace Miller sorted out our problems and put us on the right track financially and in the whole area of maintenance. We have now for some years been able to relax, knowing that we are in the hands of an efficient, courteous company who have an eye for detail and who will go to considerable trouble over matters that might appear small but are important to our residents.I should mention in particular the care with which Grace Miller have sought to bring the building up to date with current safety regulations, in particular with electrical installation and fire precautions.In financial matters Grace Miller has quietly and steadily put us onto a sound footing.I am happy to recommend Grace Miller wholeheartedly.

An absolute joy to work with, Grace Miller have been nothing but professional, prompt and reliable after their appointment in early 2016 - helping to bring our block of 36 flats in Kingston back to good order after years of neglect from previous management.The previous agent had left the accounts in disarray, neglected all aspects of Health & Safety, as well as essential maintenance and building work. I am pleased to say that after the professional and efficient services of Grace Miller and Sally Haresign in particular, things are now in much better order, (whilst dealing with all manner of unexpected issues, including brilliant response to and round the clock work by members of the team following a fire). Plans of action for works have been drawn up, quotes meticulously sought & acquired on time. Work carefully followed, completed on time to budget. Impressively thorough in all areas. I would have no hesitation in highly recommending them - thank you Grace Miller.

Grace Miller & Co have been our managing agents for over 10 yrs now. As a director of our Management Co., I cannot recommend them highly enough.I have found them to be reliable and efficient and they have taken the stress away from the day to day running of our flats, which I found lacking in our previous agents.Amongst their services given:advice on obligations as freeholders of our building & Health & Safety matters;supervision of day to day maintenance, repairs & redecoration of the property & grounds setting annual budgets/services' charges/buildings insurance quotes/annual returns to Companies House;liaising with all freeholders & tenants for the smooth running of the flats.I have found all of their staff and our Property Manager to be very pleasant, professional and helpful to deal with. Again, I would have no hesitation in recommending them as excellent managing agents.

We appointed Grace Miller & Co to manage our block of 30 flats, some 18 months ago, when going into a major re-furbishment programme. They have been highly professional, prompt and all we could, wish for in fulfilling the wide range of duties and services incumbent upon a good managing agent. Above all, they understand that their duty is of ongoing care to a client rather than that of selling a service toi a customer as practiced by so many of their peers. We reco9mmended them to a number of others and none of us have regretted the move.

I am a director of a block of flats, managed by Grace Miller over the last 4 years. I can wholeheartedly recommend them. They are very efficient, pro-active, easy, pleasant and quick to communicate with, and most importantly get things done. We have just had a major external makeover of the block, and this was achieved with them managing the project very well, and keeping both tenants and leaseholders in touch about progress all the time.

Grace Miller &Co have managed our block of fourteen flats in Wimbledon for six months now. What a refreshing change from our previous experiences. They take a positive interest in the block and always reply promptly to emails and phone calls. They are proactive and make very helpful suggestions about any work to be undertaken. The contractors they instruct are reliable and efficient and charge economical prices. We can wholeheartedly recommend.

YellProfessional and always curteous service
We have been using Grace Miller to manage our block now for over 7 years. We have worked with many other block management agents all of whom promise regular contact and careful management but unfortunately all seem to fail to deliver. The team at GM are always approachable and give us in depth resolutions to issues. Strongly recommended.
