GoogleI arranged three viewings for the following day with a member of Foxton's staff called Charlie. He phoned me the next day thinking I was someone else! Once he finally understood who I was, apparently the three flats he'd booked us into see are completely different from the three I'd written down. He starts saying that I must have got them confused etc etc when it was him who'd suggested these flats I'd written down in the first place! I said I was only really interested in one of the flats anyway and he said "oh, that's gone". Thanks for telling me!!! He started to get very agitated and snappy on the phone, insisting that I'll be happy with what he's booked us. Turns out the properties he'd booked me into were hundreds of pounds too expensive for me, even though I was very clear on what I could afford. The phone conversation ended there. I later phone up to cancel our meeting as there was no point in viewing 3 flats I had no interest in seeing. His colleague was about to transfer me but didn't put me on hold. I heard Charlie very loudly say "Ugh I don't want to talk to HER" and his colleague replied "Well I doubt she wants to talk to you either". I was promptly disconnected. I feel utterly insulted at his behaviour and childish rudeness when he thought I couldn't hear and then being hung up on. He also got so easily aggravated at me when he was the one who'd made mistakes. Foxtons have lost out on my custom and many of my friends, as I will be telling every one I can not to go to such a vile estate agents. I'm very disappointed and upset, I suggest anyone else reading this avoid themselves the disappointment and look elsewhere.

GoogleWow... in the space of 5 days Emily Clare of Foxtons Kingston, showed, negotiated on my behalf and secured a property for me where I will be living for the foreseeable future. Unpushy but adept at reading and understanding what would work for me she steered me out of my chosen area towards suitable and far more exciting properties. Normally I am fairly adamant about location but with Emily and her soft persuasive manner she ensured that I got what I wanted. Following on from that she was highly efficient in her negotations and I am thrilled with the decisions reached. The experience in dealing with a nice and pleasant person - rather than some of the hard-nosed others in the business - was very refreshing and I will recommend her to others.

GoogleDo not use Foxtons Kingston Estate Agents! Initially it seems great, they are super friendly and helpful, sit you down in their bar and offer you a drink before taking you to view the properties you have inquired about. However, once the contract is signed they will have nothing to do with you and be little help whatsoever. Getting in contact with them was hard and upon breakdown in communication with our landlord they were no where to be seen. Coming towards the end of our contract they have bombarded us with sudden communication and turned up unannounced to view the property leaving an awkward situation where we had to stop what we were doing to (cooking, speaking on the phone etc) to show them around. If you are moving to Kingston I would advise you to use a different estate agent that you think will support you throughout your tenancy.

GoogleWell done guys - you were the most hardworking of the three agents I used. You have a good process and having the documents electronic was a very good and easy to use. Andrew at the Kingston office got the tenant in the end but only after Casey who originally found me a tenant had the guts to advise me to turn them down after they failed their references. Foxtons are not cheap but they saved me a months mortgage that would have been lost had I relied on the other agents - so they were very good value.

GoogleWe asked Foxtons Kingston to come and value the flat my husband has just developed in Heron Court. They sent Christian Dickson over and he was the only agent to give us really good advice on an asking price. Thoroughly recommend having Christian around if you need honest advice on an optimistic but logical price to aim for. Other agents we met gave us prices without much supporting evidence or strategy. Christian showed us the properties he had sold and the ones on the market and made us feel confident about achieving the best price but in the time-frame we are aiming for. If we chose to sell this one... it will be with Foxtons.

GoogleAppallingly unprofessional. Agreed to provide a valuation for probate purposes, yet then only produced a valuation for future selling with an asking price. They appear not to understand the difference between Probate and Selling valuations. During the valuation, their agent also showed wholly improper interest in acquiring property belonging to my dead father for himself. Subsequent attempts to resolve the issue with the branch just made the matters worse. I certainly would never have any dealings with this company, ever.

GoogleI have had the misfortune of dealing with both foxtons in a rented property and now dealt with their sales team as my landlord is selling my current flat. I have experienced multiple rude staff, booking and arranging viewings where no one has turned up and when I contacted them to see where they were, no booking had ever been made apparently. They let themselves into my rented flat without permission when I was not in. Not impressed, really bad services.

GoogleI felt in very safe hands when dealing with Greg from Foxtons. As a first time buyer it was all a bit daunting but Greg’s friendly and personable approach put me at ease. His professionalism and knowledge of the current market gave me confidence that I was purchasing my property for a good price. He was thorough and kept me informed throughout the entire process. I would highly recommend using Foxtons and Greg for all first time buyers or those wanting a great service when buying or selling!

He's not only professional but also very sweet and friendly. I think many people get easily stressed and anxious while taking to the agency but our experience with Foxtons didn't give any of those.
