GoogleRecently I was in touch with Anjali Talwaria from Foxtons with regard to my property search in the Kingston area. She carefully listened to all our requirements and provided us exact solution as per our need. She also ensured the paper work done at a very fast pace which other agencies take a lot of time for. Moving to a different country isnt easy. But Foton makes it possible for you. Thank you FOXTONS.

GoogleIf you are looking for a new property, wether you have previous experience or fresh to the scene then speak to Suganth Wimalendran @ the Foxtons Kingston branch. Very high levels or professionalism, easy to talk to, offers very good & sound advice and takes extra steps to make sure you are catered for throughout the stressful period of moving properties. Can’t thank him enough for all the efforts he went through to help us secure the property we wanted. 10/10 & a credit to his company.

GoogleWe have received the wonderful service from the agent, Suganth Wimalendran at Kingston Office. We would like to express gratitude and appreciation to Suganth from the whole experience of house viewing and following up work. He definitely caters to customer’s needs and responds super swiftly to any of our enquiries. He gave very professional and useful advices for our special condition of tight move-in schedule and furnishing requirement in peak season. All in all, his services offered to customers have exceeded than what we expected, which is highly appreciated. I would definitely come back to him on next house rental request and highly recommend Foxtons and Suganth to my friends.PositiveProfessionalism

GoogleMy partner and I have just gone through the process of finding our first rental home together and Suganth Wimalendran completely took the stress away and massively helped us to get into the right home for the right price. He gave us so much of his time and effort and showed real enthusiasm in helping us find somewhere that suits us. We only booked one property viewing however Suganth took us to see multiple other properties in the area, one if which we loved so much we put an offer down. Very thoughtful, professional and kind.

GoogleSuganth was very helpful in finding properties for us,although sometimes our our budget. But he is definitely very friendly and is always making sure that we get to view the properties.

GoogleWe had an excellent experience with Suganth at the Kingston branch. He asked all the right questions from the start, and really took the time to understand just the type of property we were after. When we met him he was professional and the covid security was top notch. We viewed a flat we’d expressed interest in, and he then showed us some based off questions he’d asked us. We ended up moving into one of his recommendations as we preferred it to the one we initial saw... I think that speaks volumes for just how much he tried and succeeded to understand our situation, making us feel like individuals rather than just another client. The MyFoxtons portal must be the easiest experience for organising house moving I’ve ever used. I couldn’t recommend Foxtons or Suganth enough!

GoogleFantastic and professional experience through Suganth (Kingston Office). He kept note of what we were looking for over the course of several weeks and made sure we were ahead of the curve as well as guiding us on how to put forward the best offer and what to consider. Daniel Green spent considerable time guiding us in a professional and helpful manner through the successful negotiations with the landlord. The entire process was very smooth through the online portal. Could not ask for a better team to work with!PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism
