Foxtons Kingston Upon Thames reviews

So, we recently moved into a place with another estate agents. Things didn’t work out- we had to move out within the month. I didn’t find anything I liked and started loosing hope. I thought it would be wise to call up local estate agents and register myself. I ended up receiving hundreds of emails from varies estate agents, all way out my budget or just not what I like. Felt like nobody was listening to what I actually wanted. Anyway, after all this distress, I decided to call up foxtons and register. The lady on the phone, Julia Gunman, listened to me complain about all my issues and stress of having to move out, having problems with my ex landlord etc...she listened to it all, too my details down and promised to give me a call if anything popped up. I believe it was a day later, she sent me an email with a few properties I didn’t really like. Again, feeling like it’s over, I won’t find anything so soon, I receive a video from Julia, with literally the PERFECT flat. Exactly what I had in my mind, exactly what I needed and was looking for. I was amazed. It’s like she just read me and my character and matched the property with me. The next day, she arranged a viewing for me. I was not disappointed. She arrived on time, professional, and very easy to talk to. The property was amazing!! I just couldn’t believe my luck. Put an offer down on it, got accepted and the rest is history! Really amazing service, I owe it to Julia for making the move so smooth when it was a challenge at times! Highly recommend JULIA if you ever need anyone around the Kingston area. Thank you foxtons!!!! You’ve impressed me and showed up all other estate agents!!!! You are the best I’ve dealt with in a long while!! Take care xPositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

Although we ended up going with another provider, we had such an excellent experience with Foxtons Kingston, especially with Joe Johnstone. He was great at communicating, finding places matched to our needs, and accommodating around our availability for viewings (especially tricky when we lived on the other side of the world!). Although we didn't end up going with a Foxtons rental, we were very satisfied with our experience.

Recently I was in touch with Anjali Talwaria from Foxtons with regard to my property search in the Kingston area. She carefully listened to all our requirements and provided us exact solution as per our need. She also ensured the paper work done at a very fast pace which other agencies take a lot of time for. Moving to a different country isnt easy. But Foton makes it possible for you. Thank you FOXTONS.

If you are looking for a new property, wether you have previous experience or fresh to the scene then speak to Suganth Wimalendran @ the Foxtons Kingston branch. Very high levels or professionalism, easy to talk to, offers very good & sound advice and takes extra steps to make sure you are catered for throughout the stressful period of moving properties. Can’t thank him enough for all the efforts he went through to help us secure the property we wanted. 10/10 & a credit to his company.

We have received the wonderful service from the agent, Suganth Wimalendran at Kingston Office. We would like to express gratitude and appreciation to Suganth from the whole experience of house viewing and following up work. He definitely caters to customer’s needs and responds super swiftly to any of our enquiries. He gave very professional and useful advices for our special condition of tight move-in schedule and furnishing requirement in peak season. All in all, his services offered to customers have exceeded than what we expected, which is highly appreciated. I would definitely come back to him on next house rental request and highly recommend Foxtons and Suganth to my friends.PositiveProfessionalism

My partner and I have just gone through the process of finding our first rental home together and Suganth Wimalendran completely took the stress away and massively helped us to get into the right home for the right price. He gave us so much of his time and effort and showed real enthusiasm in helping us find somewhere that suits us. We only booked one property viewing however Suganth took us to see multiple other properties in the area, one if which we loved so much we put an offer down. Very thoughtful, professional and kind.
