GoogleDO NOT LET FROM THIS AGENCY! Problem after problem after we signed our tenancy contracts. No one seems to know what they’re doing. You would ask one of them a question, go with their response, then once you’ve followed what they said someone else from their team tells you they would never have said that and you’re wrong. After this happened a few times my housemates and I figured we should start recording all of our conversations with them.... and THANK GOD we did! At the end of our tenancy they tried to charge us something like £500 in some sort of fees, but thanks to our recordings as evidence and after having to escalate things to management right at the top of tenancy south they agreed they were wrong. This was just one of a number of issues.... turning up without warning for viewings towards the end of tenancy, putting up their ‘to let’ sign on the exterior wall to our bedroom at 6:30am, lack of communication with our landlord unless it came to them making money, you call to inform them of something and they don’t pass the message on or add a note to your file... just to name a few. Their fees are also extortionate. Thankfully we had a really good relationship with our landlord and he helped us as much as he could, and was equally as letdown by Foxtons. They Do not care for their tenants in the slightest and are only interested in getting as much money out of you as possible. Avoid at all costs.

GoogleI felt in very safe hands when dealing with Greg from Foxtons. As a first time buyer it was all a bit daunting but Greg’s friendly and personable approach put me at ease. His professionalism and knowledge of the current market gave me confidence that I was purchasing my property for a good price. He was thorough and kept me informed throughout the entire process. I would highly recommend using Foxtons and Greg for all first time buyers or those wanting a great service when buying or selling!

Googlebooked an appointment, made travel plans, travelled. Agent didn't have the courtesy to inform that property is already let and there is no appointment. Thoroughly unprofessional. Update: great follow up by the branch manager, appreciate the effort and will give them a try again.

GoogleI've been with Catherine Gager from Kingston on Thames and Jack Tooke from Surbiton offices. Both individually have been most helpful and kind. I have a few personal problems with Foxtons in general though. The fees that you charge your clients way out succeed other agents. This has obviously to be considered when buying or letting a property. Foxtons management must hear this complaint many times and I think they should address it. Also I really would appreciate more photos and details before trekking up to see a property. I know you train your staff to say that the chance of missing out will increase if you do not view it ASAP. Frankly I'd rather miss out than go to a huge amount of trouble coming to see somewhere that is completely unsuitable. As I said this does not reflect badly on the two agents I've mentioned , they have been more than professional . Laraine Deacon

GoogleReally fantastic service! My boyfriend and I went through the letting process with Rachel and she really couldn't have done enough for us. She was super gracious with all our (many!) questions and she made the whole process as painless as possible. She's definitely an asset to the Foxtons team!

GoogleChristiaan Olivier from Foxtons in Kingston showed me only delightful properties I really liked. I never wasted my time. The properties shown were just tailor made to my needs and my budget. I was very impressed by his excellent customer service! If I ever sell my new home, I only would choose Foxtons again! Having worked with another agency before I appreciate Foxtons extremely hard working and intelligent members of staff! How different from other agencies!

GoogleIn my first call with Suganth we spent 15 minutes on the phone - he was extremely helpful and answered the many questions that I had. He was always available when needed and guided me through the various steps of the process. In the end, I landed on another property, but I was happy to have the support from Suganth and Foxtons.

GoogleAwful! I had an awful experience with Foxtons and shameful aftercare with them. They are expensive and arrogant. In my opinion they are the worst in the area.

I ended up finding a flat through a fantastic agent in Kingston but his communication skills were impeccable and he clearly works hard. Super friendly, professional with lots of energy! Foxtons should be proud to have him as an employee :)

GoogleWe've got massive help and support to find our home. Thanks to the agent Suganth Wimalendran, we felt very comfortable throughout the process as well. He's not only professional but also very sweet and friendly. I think many people get easily stressed and anxious while taking to the agency but our experience with Foxtons didn't give any of those. I highly recommend finding home with this one.
