I use Foxtons to manage the lettings of my apartments. Titia Wootton, for a number of years now, has been my "Manager" and I know that whatever my question, Titia will come back to me with a solution almost imediately. Even though my properties are in different Foxtons office areas, having Titia as my single "go to" person, has made my position as an owner much easier than it was in the past.

Many times we were not fully sure as the property really needed A LOT of work... She was very patient, spent time going to the house multiple times (as we needed survey, builders etc) to check some issues and provide approximate quotes so we would more or less know what we would be getting into... GoogleWe were looking for a rental property Joash showed my husband the house and then cam back in the evening so that I could see it as I was at work that day. Both he and his manager Suganth were extremely efficient and helpful. Unfortunately our circumstances changed at the last minute and so we did not proceed with the rental but this was nothing to do with the service they provided. I think the rental deposit scheme they offered is a fantastic addition and really easy to use. I wish them both the best as they manage a challenging and stressfull market. Lesley R

GoogleI can highly recommend the New Malden branch of Foxtons, in particular James Hughes, who has helped us through the sales process. He is very knowledgeable about the local area and was always very professional, especially through some tough negotiations. He managed to secure a great sales price and continued to help massively throughout the conveyancing process, pushing the various solicitors to complete activities in a timely manner. I cannot recommend highly enough.
