GoogleI recently had the unfortunate experience dealing with Foxtons property management that left me deeply dissatisfied due to the complete lack of communication and professionalism. This entire process was marred by negligence and a disregard for basic customer service principles. One of the most frustrating aspects of this service was the complete absence of communication. Despite multiple attempts to reach out, emails have been unanswered, phone calls were ignored, and it seemed as though my concerns were of little importance to the company. The absence of timely responses not only resulted in a significant waste of my time but also left me feeling neglected and apprehensive about potential further damage to the property. Despite our diligent attempts to communicate the urgent issue, exemplified by the attached photos of the persistent leak, we have been attempting to bring this matter to Foxtons' attention since March 2023. Regrettably, our efforts have been met with consistent silence. Despite engaging with four different individuals, Luke Pitchen, Ciara Dunpont, Xavi Chitayat, and Andrea Ungureanu, we have received nothing more than assurances that "someone will contact you tomorrow." This ongoing lack of resolution and communication is deeply concerning and disappointing. Moreover, the professionalism displayed throughout this entire ordeal has been truly inconceivable. The staff exhibited a lack of basic courtesy and ability to recertify the issue. We have no choice but to escalate this further and reach out to the Property Ombudsman.

GoogleI am a property owner and live abroad, my property is managed my Foxtons in Kingston. I received excellent service from Yasseen Jebara, who took it upon himself to forward my mail, after the tenants walked in to hand them my mail. There was an urgent mail that need my attention and thanks to Yasseen, I was able to handle the urgent issue.

GoogleWe had a great experience with Foxtons Suganth Wimalendran-Kingston Office was who we were in contact with and he is probably the best in the business. He understands what we require and really helps us out in every way possible. It was a nice experience overall.

GoogleI do not think they even deserve one star but that is the minimum I must provide. Constant communication when we were moving out and trying to get new tenants in, yet as soon as they have a new tenant in, they seemingly refuse to respond to calls, emails and in-shop visits. It took over a month to receive proposed deduction list even though it states in their own T&C's that you will be contacted within '10 Days' of vacating the property. If you ever require a deposit back quickly (don't let with Foxtons Kingston) as you'll be waiting like we were for 2 months to receive deposit money back into account, again after zero response to calls, emails and in-shop visits, when the money was finally returned after TWO months of vacating the property they blamed it on being 'busy' shambles of a lettings agent and will be claiming back additional costs to cover expenses due to incompetence of them returning the deposit.

GoogleWith rental properties being taken up at such a fast pace, even before being advertised on RightMove and Zoopla, I was very lucky to have had Nicola at Foxtons Kingston to help me find something. Although we have found something not through Foxtons, and had been in touch with a few estate agents around this area, some well known, Nicola had been the most outstanding! She kept me posted on anything new that came onboard per our specific requirements. She was not pushy and always gave us her valuable time. When I would be looking again, Nicola would be my first port of call. She is an asset to Foxtons!

GoogleFoxton are an excellent estate agency and I would highly recommend using their services. During my property sale they worked extremely hard and very diligently to achieve the best possible price. I originally used an online service but was unable to achieve an acceptable offer. I handed the sale over to Foxtons who marketed the property and within days achieved a very good offer. Throughout the conveyancing process they communicated with all parties to ensure we reached exchange. I was very satisfied with their performance and would not hesitate using them for any future sale and would recommend to friends and family.

GoogleWe first decided to sell our house through Foxtons when we with met Steven who was incredibly professional and gave us a lot of time to answer any questions and make everything as easy as possible! He was honestly available at any time! We then met Gurjeevan who’s customer service was second to none. We’ve never sold a house before but he kept us updated at every possible moment throughout the whole thing, he communicated amazingly between solicitors and was just a pleasure to be dealing with. Faced with a whole market of estate agents we would never hesitate to go with Foxtons as they got us exactly what they endeavoured to do and we are going to be recommending them to everyone!
