GoogleThe state agency provided us a very high quality of service in its premises and had a lot of good properties to show. Mr. Suganth Wimalendran, his agent at the Foxton Kingston Office in charge of attending on us was very courteous, professional, attentive, proactive, not saving efforts to find us a property fitting to our needs. We didn't close a deal at the opportunity for some reasons but they'd certainly be able to to find us a property. Highly recommended.

GoogleMy five star review is for one representative, Anjani Talwaria, who is a cut above other agents I have recently worked with. We were facing a precarious situation because our currently landlord is just horrible and not giving us any time to do things, through no fault of our own, just his selfishness. This brilliant rep listened tentatively, and with care and went above and beyond to try and help us, and while she didn't end up finding us our property, she is still one of the best estate agents I have worked with, and I mean ever. Fox tons are lucky to have her and I wish her all the very best with what I am sure will be a glittering career in the industry

GoogleJoe assisted me and my wife with finding a new place to rent and I can tell you that the experience of working with him and Foxtons in general is a completely different experience from all the other estate agents we were in contact with at the time. Everyone involved, but partiucularly Joe, was friendly, knowledgable, helpful and professional, willing to assist with all queries right away. Foxtons will definitely be my 1st port of call next time we move!

GoogleWe have rented a property through Foxtons Estate Agents in Kingston for eight years and are now seeking a further let through them. Foxtons have been hugely professional, accessible, friendly and efficient throughout our current tenancy and in connection with our new rental property search. In particular, I would like to thank lettings manager Anjeli and branch manager Daniel for how hard they have worked to secure our next tenancy, and for the very positive references for us as tenants, that they have passed on to prospective landlords. It's not such an easy journey when you try to move with cats (!) but I feel confident that Anjeli will find the right property for us in due course. Great, helpful and honest estate agent.

GoogleOne of the best estate agency companies, there approach is really professional and very friendly. Joe helped me a lot finding the right place. He is the right amount of professional and friendly. I have met a lot of other agents from other companies but nothing likes foxton. They would make to very comfortable at anytime of they day, no matter how busy they are.

GoogleWas frantically trying to find a property within a set time frame this summer and thankfully was appointed Anjali who was very quick and efficient at sending suitable properties and booking us in for viewings. Eventually leading to us finding a place in our ideal location for a great price. Anjali also made sure her colleagues stayed in communication with us when she was busy. Really appreciative and looking forward to being tenants through foxtons 😀

GoogleSo, we recently moved into a place with another estate agents. Things didn’t work out- we had to move out within the month. I didn’t find anything I liked and started loosing hope. I thought it would be wise to call up local estate agents and register myself. I ended up receiving hundreds of emails from varies estate agents, all way out my budget or just not what I like. Felt like nobody was listening to what I actually wanted. Anyway, after all this distress, I decided to call up foxtons and register. The lady on the phone, Julia Gunman, listened to me complain about all my issues and stress of having to move out, having problems with my ex landlord etc...she listened to it all, too my details down and promised to give me a call if anything popped up. I believe it was a day later, she sent me an email with a few properties I didn’t really like. Again, feeling like it’s over, I won’t find anything so soon, I receive a video from Julia, with literally the PERFECT flat. Exactly what I had in my mind, exactly what I needed and was looking for. I was amazed. It’s like she just read me and my character and matched the property with me. The next day, she arranged a viewing for me. I was not disappointed. She arrived on time, professional, and very easy to talk to. The property was amazing!! I just couldn’t believe my luck. Put an offer down on it, got accepted and the rest is history! Really amazing service, I owe it to Julia for making the move so smooth when it was a challenge at times! Highly recommend JULIA if you ever need anyone around the Kingston area. Thank you foxtons!!!! You’ve impressed me and showed up all other estate agents!!!! You are the best I’ve dealt with in a long while!! GoogleWe had an excellent experience with Suganth at the Kingston branch. He asked all the right questions from the start, and really took the time to understand just the type of property we were after. When we met him he was professional and the covid security was top notch. We viewed a flat we’d expressed interest in, and he then showed us some based off questions he’d asked us. We ended up moving into one of his recommendations as we preferred it to the one we initial saw... I think that speaks volumes for just how much he tried and succeeded to understand our situation, making us feel like individuals rather than just another client. The MyFoxtons portal must be the easiest experience for organising house moving I’ve ever used. I couldn’t recommend Foxtons or Suganth enough!

GoogleWe needed a short term let at very short notice. Air BnB prices were ridiculous and all other obvious estate agents only had minimum of 6 month rentals. Foxtons really stepped up to help us for which we're immensely grateful. Our primary contact there was Ms Beritan Gun (Kingston branch) and she was was super helpful, informative, knowledgeable and responsive. Could not have asked for better service from her. GoogleI felt in very safe hands when dealing with Greg from Foxtons. As a first time buyer it was all a bit daunting but Greg’s friendly and personable approach put me at ease. His professionalism and knowledge of the current market gave me confidence that I was purchasing my property for a good price. He was thorough and kept me informed throughout the entire process. I would highly recommend using Foxtons and Greg for all first time buyers or those wanting a great service when buying or selling!
