GoogleDo not use Foxtons Kingston Estate Agents! Initially it seems great, they are super friendly and helpful, sit you down in their bar and offer you a drink before taking you to view the properties you have inquired about. However, once the contract is signed they will have nothing to do with you and be little help whatsoever. Getting in contact with them was hard and upon breakdown in communication with our landlord they were no where to be seen. Coming towards the end of our contract they have bombarded us with sudden communication and turned up unannounced to view the property leaving an awkward situation where we had to stop what we were doing to (cooking, speaking on the phone etc) to show them around. If you are moving to Kingston I would advise you to use a different estate agent that you think will support you throughout your tenancy.

GoogleI had a great experience in searching property with Foxtons. I walked into the Kingston branch and found the service to be very professional. Joe from the local branch has been helpful in quickly putting rental property offers together and arranging viewings on site. Good and efficient service!

GoogleWell done guys - you were the most hardworking of the three agents I used. You have a good process and having the documents electronic was a very good and easy to use. Andrew at the Kingston office got the tenant in the end but only after Casey who originally found me a tenant had the guts to advise me to turn them down after they failed their references. Foxtons are not cheap but they saved me a months mortgage that would have been lost had I relied on the other agents - so they were very good value.

GoogleWe've got massive help and support to find our home. Thanks to the agent Suganth Wimalendran, we felt very comfortable throughout the process as well. He's not only professional but also very sweet and friendly. I think many people get easily stressed and anxious while taking to the agency but our experience with Foxtons didn't give any of those. I highly recommend finding home with this one.PositiveProfessionalism

GoogleI was super impressed with Foxtons in Kingston and especially with the agent who I dealt with, Suganth Wimaldendran. He was incredibly efficient, charming and patient (very important!) and nothing was too much trouble. They have great relationships with their clients and customers and offer a very good service. I recommend Foxtons, Kingston and Suganth, in particular, mostly highly.

GoogleI am a student in Kingston and I had never rented before. Foxtons were extremely helpful in going through the process and taking the time to explain everything. Additionally, I never felt at any point as if they were trying to take advantage of my lack of experience. They were good at keeping in contact and showing us new properties which would suit us as soon as they were available for viewings.

GoogleFoxtons have been fantastic in helping me find a rental in Kingston. In this crazily competitive market, it's vital to have an agency that responds quickly to customer needs. Joe at Foxtons has been first class with his assistance.

GoogleHad a few viewings in Surbiton with Adam Ribiero. I was really impressed with how much time Adam spent to get to know our property needs, and delivered 3 viewings that fitted very closely. He is also a very cheerful guy and easy to get one with and also provides us with a lot of information.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

GoogleWe received a lovely service by Sarah Aden from Foxtons, right from the start till the end, be it short listing properties, viewings and also ensuring a speedy process after finalising. We loved having her as our agent.

GoogleWe had the most faultless experience working with Steven the Branch manager, he sold out Surbiton house instantly and for over the asking price. He is an absolute pleasure to work with, such a nice guy and very knowledgeable. We took his advice throughout the process and everything worked perfectly.

GoogleChristian sold a flat for me on the fringes of town. He boldly promised me that he could get full asking price and he delivered (20k more than the other local agents thought possible) The team at Foxtons were relentless, they worked very hard for the sale. They kept me informed throughout and were contactable, polite and very professional. I wouldn't consider using another estate agent, they were superb.

GoogleGeneral experience with the agency as smooth and straightforward. Staff if friendly and professional. Coral Hartnell Is very helpful and experienced agent. Properties are standard across the rented market. Preoccupancy deep clean can do a bit better.

GoogleLove Foxtons professionalism and the support in searching the flat. Joe Johnston, the housing agent, was not only professional and kind, but also drove me around on his car to show the properties, so we could schedule all the viewings in one go, which works great.
