GoogleWe highly recommend Featherstone Leigh. During the sale of our house they have been super-efficient and professional and right from the start we felt we had every confidence in them. They have excellent knowledge of the local area and the current situation in the property market, our house sold the day after an open house event! They worked hard to help us achieve the best possible price using their expert negotiating skills and gave us great advice along the way. The whole team were lovely to deal with - their communication was impeccable, and it was nice to deal with people and not be made to feel as if we were just another client.

GoogleI do not think i could praise Matt at Featherstone Leigh enough. It was only due to his hard work and dedication that the sale was a success. GoogleThe service is an absolute joke. I phoned three times to book a viewing on a flat to rent. - each time I was told someone would call me back... and each time I left my number.... I never received a call back. I pity the people who own these properties, who are relying on this 'service'.

Lack of Communication Skills at Richmond Branch. I visited Richmond office several times requesting information on Property near Richmond Green that was being converted. I also telephoned and emailed my inquiry. I did not receive acknowledgement for my efforts. On my last visit i was informed that viewings had already started. This Company had no interest in helping me. My advice. AVOID AVOID.

GoogleMyself and my flatmates found Featherstone Leigh to be very, very poor in the managing of our rental period spanning 3 years. A severe lack of professionalism in both communication (breaching GDPR by including random email addresses alongside or instead of those relevant, poor responsiveness to maintenance issues including a lack of hot water or the need for pest control, as examples) and attitude (coming for viewings of the property without the consent or knowledge of those staying in the property and then being rude and defensive when challenged) frustrated us greatly throughout our time with them, and there appears to be a negligence in their responsibilties for those renting through them. In ending our tenancy, they did not appear to be aware of the requirement to provide invoiced evidence of anything chargeable, and when challenged on the absurd cost of deep-cleaning they provided an email-contained text breakdown that didn't contain adequate detail before stating we could not procure another company to conduct the clean and these prices were final. Poor all-round, in essence, and disappointing to see such low standards be so evidently acceptable with an organisation such as this. Stay away.NegativeQuality, Professionalism
