GoogleThis company was used through KFH estate agency. We paid £130 for this 'professional inventory'. Once they arrived back at the office they were unable to upload the photos so instead of returning and repeating the pictures the same day they did so a week after we had moved out. This allowed the landlord to dispute a lot of things within the property. This then meant it took over a month for our deposit to be returned. We were never offered a refund or compensation for the inconvenience they had caused us.
