It's a 2 bed terrace, so l search for 2 bed terraces in my KT2 postcode, but nothing shows up, because Dexters have failed to list it as a terrace house. So it won't be showing up on potential buyers' searches if they're looking for terrace houses! No wonder the property market in this area is so slow, the local estate agents are all numpties.
