About Curchods Kingston Upon Thames
Our estate agents in Kingston upon Thames specialise in the sales and letting of residential properties in Kingston upon Thames, Surbiton and the surrounding villages. Whether you’re buying, selling, letting or renting in the local area, Curchods Estate Agents are the experts on your doorstep in Kingston upon Thames. Our office also houses a dedicated lettings team on the first floor. Our Kingston branch is headed up by Branch Manager, Scott Carson, who began his estate agency career some 25 years ago. Scott says his success is based on hard work, commitment, and excellent training and development. He comments: “I have successfully managed a number of estate agency branches including Richmond, Esher and now Kingston. I pride myself on my positive ‘can do’ attitude to provide great customer service and make moving house as hassle-free as possible for our clients, ensuring that they continue to return and recommend me. I have moved house numerous times in the past 25 years as my family has grown and therefore know first hand what clients want and need!” Curchods Kingston upon Thames was recently awarded ‘Gold Winner’ for estate agent in Kingston upon Thames at the British Property Awards 2024, an independent industry award which focuses on customer service. Kingston Lettings Manager Leo Der-Galestanian started in the Lettings Industry at the age of 23 in 2005 and over the years has built up valuable first-hand experience which he uses to advise our Landlords and Tenants on the processes, legalities and potential pitfalls when renting out their homes or investment properties.
