A review for Shelby Chandler-Wootton as she was our middle to last contact who helped achieve what we thought was the impossible. She went out of her way to make sure our buyer was getting stuff done. We believe between her and a 3rd party involved with the purchase of our new home, they got this done on time! We thank you so much for pushing our buyer because we soon learnt a few weeks after moving that they had absolutely no interest in living in our old home and have now LET this out thus confirming why it was more stressful waiting on them getting documents sent (they didnt really care it seemed, either too layed back or incompetent). We genuinely thought we were going to lose our buyer 1 week before Completion and by this point, both us and our sellers were already underway with moving and selling items. Shelby did what she could to get this over the line so we thank you!

They are a bunch of liars. We saw the house on the 05.07.2025. We like it and asked from when it's available. They said from 25.08.2025. We said all right, we take it. Long story short, from the 25.08. We end up to take the house from 02.09. In all this time only lies we heard from them. They need this certificate, they need another kind, they need the landlord to confirm. We allmost end up on the streets, because we put notice on the current house on 25. 07. 2025 with the current agency (JOSEPH SCOTT). They were very understanding and let us another month. And, i almost forget, that, we need it more then a month for the paperwork to be verified by a third party. Don't recomand at all.
