GoogleAvoid avoid avoid, as an ex tenant I can say definitely do not go with this estate agents there a bunch of cowboys who don't rush to do repairs at all and when they are done there done to a poor standerd. Don't find out the hard way go else's where with your money!

GoogleBeen with Wardbright for over 6 years across two different properties. Absolutely great landlords - super flexible and understanding. Very good rates and always follow up on checks/inspections etc. Had a new bathroom and kitchen fitted before I moved in. Have since left them and had no issues with the moving out/handover too. Thanks!

Googleviewed a property to let and I was first to view with no other interest t told someone with more money got it over me. my parents were guarantor earning 80,000 a year, how is this fair! if you do not want to be disappointed do not the this estate agent.

GoogleIt's difficult when letting agents represent landlords..a fine line has to drawn.. understanding tenants issues..is not difficult..but Wardbright..do try. I've spoken with 2 staffers..and they have endeavored to be fair.

GoogleVery unprofessional. No correspondence. Was due to move into a property and had to ring a dozen times only to be finnaly told flat had already gone.so had to cancel removal company and sell furniture I had bought.leaving me several hundred quid out of pocket.DON'T DEAL WITH WARDBRIGHT.

GoogleDisgusting houses. Will let the place rot and carry out no repairs only to charge the tenant when they leave. Rat and mould invested dumps. Avoid

GoogleIt took them 3 months to fix our shower, and now the ceiling is leaking in one of the bedrooms they won't do anything about it. The rent is cheap for a reason!

GoogleReally friendly staff fair terms to the contract, when signing documents all questions where answered promptly, copies for the energy rating and gas safety certificates where handed to us at signing, would definitely recommend
