GoogleI always recommend Charles Head to my friends because their professionalism and service is second to none in the local area. I moved to Kingsbridge from Gloucestershire, so had to do most of the transaction by telephone, and experienced nothing but helpfulness and courtesy from everybody. I found my dream home because they understood exactly what I was looking for, i.e. they listened to me!

This is an updated review following rude and threatening phone calls & messages from the owner.
Dear Katie-Louise Britto, After an unsuccessful attempt to contact you to discuss your grievance with Charles Head, and the subsequent public slander from yourself, I thought I would respond directly to your reviews instead. Due to GDPR, we are of course unable to provide the full content of the dealings that we have had with your parents purchase. This we shall instead relay to you in a private, factually accurate email, where you will be able to see a clear timeline of events. I’m afraid your ‘opinion’ actually voices false information, which as explained, can be swiftly contradicted with the details of the purchase that we hold. At no point did any member of Charles Head lie, withhold information or make threatening communications to you. It is an unfortunate situation where your parents have been unable to proceed with their purchase, but it is indeed a situation beyond our control. We do not make any decisions on behalf of our Vendors. We welcome you to attend a meeting, with myself (Managing Director), Amanda and Alisha (Sales Negotiators) at a convenient time, to thoroughly go through our professional processes and the written information held on our system.
