We review any comments received in great detail whether they be in a positive or negative light and we are sorry you feel this is the worst service you have received.
I have obtained a full report which comprehensively records all conversations and emails between yourselves and the team here at Charles Head. Looking at all of the information it has been found that we acted in nothing but a professional manor and frequently updated you on the sale of the property you were wishing to purchase.
It is unfortunate that you were unable to secure what you had hoped, however it was explained to you on several occasions both verbally and in writing that our clients wish was to sell the site as a whole.
I would like to bring to your attention and reiterate previous conversations, that as Estate agents we do not own the property. All of our clients have the final decision on who they wish to sell their property too. It was their wish not to split both plots and this again was relayed to you and other interested parties.
My team work very hard, have an exceptional work ethos and incredibly high moral standards.
