Nikki Povey in particular was always aware of our house needs and expectations, even suggesting a viewing arranged by Charles Head wasn’t the right house for us. Once we found something to buy, Charles Head were responsible for the start of the chain and the end, with ourselves in the middle. Nikki filled the entire void of the differing estate agent responsible for the sale of the house we bought. Without Charles Head I’m not even sure we would have completed. Thank you so much.

FacebookPoor - This is an updated review following rude and threatening phone calls & messages from the owner. IT IS MY OPINION THAT due to this agent's inexperience and withholding of information my parents have incurred thousands of pounds worth of costs, lost out on their potential new home, and nearly lost the sale of their own house. I FEEL THAT Charles Head lied about the position of the sellers to get a sale, then blamed it on the sellers lying to them. Charles Head admitted poor professional diligence in that they do not carry out checks on properties they list for sale to ensure the information which they advertise is factually correct. I have discussed this at length with the owner of Charles Head who is incredibly condescending, and admitted they have very little experience dealing with chains or buyers who are not 'cash, second home purchasers'. Given the opportunity to discuss/apologise/empathise with this situation what have we received instead has been threatening and patronising behaviour.
Charles Head would be better off running a funeral home because you would be long dead before they finished the transaction but be careful they would rent out your coffin for free to somebody else for six months whilst taking your money up front
