Dream house thanks to Charles Head

Charles Head helped us find and secure our dream house in Kingsbridge. Throughout the whole process of putting in an offer to completion, we were kept informed of developments quickly and our questions were always answered on the same day. Alisha was brilliant the whole way through and when things slowed down along the chain, she was great at getting things moving again. All of the office team were friendly and helpful whenever we called. Having bought and sold three houses across Devon and Somerset in the past 20 years, our experience with Charles Head has undoubtedly been the best so far!

The Usual High Standards From Charles Head Estate Agents.

Well, what to say!? It was a REAL pleasure to purchase my lovely cottage from the estate agents, Charles Head. A firm I have been buying from in various ways for over 30 years. Edward Tallack has been exceptional in securing the property for me. His kindness, assurances and calming influence in a very stressful time was truly amazing. My move from North Wales has been quite traumatic, not due to Charles Head, but Edward assured me all the way that eventually lovely Myrtle Cottage would be mine, and now is!! Initially I was thinking of buying a property that was being sold privately and Edward helped me when the surveyor didn't return my calls and chased him up. Luckily that purchase fell through, I saw Myrtle and the rest is history. Even after purchasing her they tell me they can recommend local 'workmen' (my words, not theirs), to help with the few alterations I would like done. When the sad day comes when I need to sell Myrtle, Charles Head will definitely be the firm I put her on the market with. All the staff have been very kind.....i arrived late to pick up the keys only to find they were staying open for me. Edward has been exceptional, keeping up the high standards of Charles Head which we have to come to recognise over the years. Well done all of you, keep up the good work, and many, many thank you's for procuring my lovely Myrtle!! A 'panad', a cuppa is always on the table should any of you be passing this way. You know the address!!

Charles Head have fully managed the rental of our flat for the last 8 years. We were new to renting a property and we have always found them to be very helpful. Never too busy to explain things to us and to help us when there was a change of tenant, advising us on how to improve the property to get the best rent and good tenants. Last summer we were looking to return to the UK from S/W France, and now consider ourselves most fortunate to have found Charles Head estate agents advertising a suitable property in Devon. Alison and Jo were so informative, helpful and efficient, whilst having a great sense of humour, most useful when working with us first time tenants, they not so much went the "extra mile" as went the extra 1000 miles! Their help did not finish with the completion of our agreement, when we found a problem with the heating, their response was immediate, with the electrician arriving the following day closely followed by the plumber, all was repaired. We cannot speak highly enough of their services and don't believe they could be bettered or that we could have managed our move as successfully without them.
