TERRIBLE. We went to view a bungalow in Dersingham . We arrived on time to find the agent with another couple who were also viewing . So we waited our turn and then were shown round . We only got half way though the property and were then told our 15 minutes was up . So we left not really having the time to finish the viewing . We were interested in putting in an offer but to be honest the way we were just herded round it really put us off. We have viewed several properties with other agents and they have given us the time we need . We will not be viewing any of their properties again .... Thanks for your excuses but I was not informed when I rang up for a viewing that it would only be 15 minutes . Also I did ring up to complain I had to leave a message as no one answered the phone , no one got back to me , If I had left it to a second viewing the place would have been sold and also I have a 2 hour round trip . If you have loads of viewings I suggest you employ more staff to deal with this !!!!.

I thought Russen & Turner did a really professional job on helping sell my mum's bungalow. The photos produced as part of the sale details were amazing to be honest. We even saw the bungalow in a new light after seeing them. They were always good at keeping in touch when someone wanted to view the property and they helped push the deal over the line when it seemed to be dragging. I was impressed with Rob's enthusiasm, Georgia's professionalism and Sam's doggedness particularly as we got closer to closing the sale.

Following the lost of my wife's aunt to Covid 19 we were looking to find an Estate agent to help with the sale of her house. We recently bought I very first home. We were looking for a while and dealt with various estate agents. I won’t name them but from the beginning they managed to remove the shine and excitement even to the point we were ready to throw in the towel in and carry on renting!!
