GoogleRussen and Turner were by far the superior estate agents in my last move. I've moved some 18 times now, and the last house I bought was sold to me by Russen & Turner. They were superior in every way to the other 'professionals' in the process: - my own estate agent (who sold my then house, and tried to con me in the process); - my solicitors (who did not appear to know what to do or when throughout the entire process, and we're pretty much always uncontactable); - and the removals company who damaged more things in that single move that has been damaged in all my previous moves put together. By stark contrast, and through the whole transaction, the team at Russen and Turner went above and beyond to be more than helpful in so many ways - their professionalism kept me sane. I honestly don't think it would have gone through without them. Without question I was totally impressed with Russen & Turner, and when I move again (and I will!) they will be my estate agents.

GoogleHave been frustrated as the office never seem to answer their phone, and when they have done I’ve had to wait 2 and a half weeks to view a property, and was only allowed 10 minutes in a property that needed a lot of work and rebuilding. I booked a second viewing to get answers to outstanding questions and had to wait another 2 weeks and was told “it’s okay, no one is interested in this property” if I was the vender I’d be disappointed also

If your complaint is genuine, please go ahead and contact me personally (Mark Lock) on 01553 768187 and if you can prove any of the above is true, and name the property you are speaking about, I will gladly buy you a bottle of champagne. We work extremely hard to build our reputation and as an independent company in the town this type of fabricated review is really quite upsetting. UPDATE 26th May - the champagne is still on ice!?

GoogleMoving is stressful at anytime but during Covid-19 if it hadn't been for Sam and Rob being so supportive I don't think it would have happened. So many ups and downs along the way but we got there in the end. A massive thank you. I'm not planning on moving anywhere so but I would definitely use Russen and Turner and would highly recommend.

GoogleAfter my first house fell through with a different Estate Agent, my husband and I found a property through Russen and Turner. It was like a breath of fresh air. Responsive, kept up to date throughout the process and really supportive in getting us across the line and making sure everything was running smoothly - unlike the previous! On collecting the keys, I really thought the goody bag with coffee, tea etc was a fabulous touch. Would use again if in the market of buying / selling property.

R&T will chase solicitors to ensure the process is expedited insofar as possible. Competitively priced. Recommended. I will use R&T again should I ever move house.

GoogleI can't recommend Russen & Turner enough. We've dealt with them twice in the last 6 years, most recently selling our property for us. The whole team are fantastic, from Rob coming out to value the property and take the photos for the listing, to Georgia and Jess in the office. They keep you up to date with everything going on from start to finish, which goes along way. We've had some bad experiences in the past with other agents, but not these guys, they wipe the floor with everyone!!

GoogleThe buying experience was so easy with the help of Jessica. I found the property on a Wednesday, managed to get a viewing on the Saturday and an offer in on Monday which was submitted and negotiating on a price was happening by the weekend. I was always kept in the loop on any developments and I was given help organising a solicitor by the estate agent as well. They were happy to answer any questions, no matter how small or silly they may have been. Great experience and would be happy to use them to sell as well as buying through them in future
