It hasn't been an easy sale due to complications with the deeds. Sam has been excellent. Good knowledge and very Reassuring when I've been worried and couldn't get through to solicitors. I believe what makes Russen & Turner stand out from the other Estate Agents is their people skills; they actually listened to what I had to say as a customer all the way through the process. Others I found to be corporate & didn't really have my best interests. Honesty was also an important factor I found in R&T. They were an honest, friendly team who appeared to have unity. We used Russen & Turner to sell our property after having just one viewing in the previous eight months using our original estate agent. Although I should mention that six of those months were during the early stages of the covid19 pandemic. We initially met Mark Lock who offered some really helpful and professional advice about marketing the property. He took some very attractive photos that showed the bungalow off beautifully, and within 24 hours of it being advertised, Russen & Turner received five requests for viewings, one of which resulted in an formal offer and subsequent sale. At all stages of the sale Russen & Turner staff (particularly Sam) were very helpful, especially in chasing agents and solicitors throughout a chain of six. It's a pleasure to report on my excellent experience with Russen and Turner who are estate agents local to King's Lynn and able to exploit their local knowledge to the benefit of their clients. I sadly became executor for my daughter's will and it fell to me to sell her house and obtain the best price possible for the young beneficiaries of her Will. My family had previous good experiences with Russen and Turner so naturally they were my first, and as it proved, my only port of call. They advised advertising it at the lower end of its estimated value. I had my doubts but accepted the strategy. It resulted in a flurry of interest and a succession of viewings - sometimes several in a day and what I didn't expect - a bidding war so in the end the property went for about £10k more than I had been hoping for - amazing. I was kept informed at every stage, identity of who was visiting, their financial status (cash buyer or dependent on a mortgage / other sale as part of a chain), their offer. I was involved with several members of staff and their information sharing within the office obviously functioned very efficiently. The subsequent arrangements went well hinging on their prompt and close cooperation with my solicitor. I strongly recommend this company.

I was introduced to Russen & Turner by a friend but had noticed that the majority of properties in the area were sold by them. Mark was very helpful in explaining everything and my property sold to the first person that viewed. It should have been plain sailing but unfortunately, a serious issue came to light in the chain, Sam and the team couldn’t have worked harder in trying to sort it out and regularly advised of the progress . Finally, two members of the chain were dropped and another buyer was immediately found which enabled us to have an early exchange and finally a completion. Although the sale was full of unforeseen issues, Sam, in particular worked tirelessly to bring everything to a satisfactory conclusion to all parties. If you are thinking of selling or buying a property in or around King’s Lynn, I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending RUSSEN & TURNER ESTATE AGENTS.
