GoogleThis has been the second time using David and Kings Langley Estates. A truly brilliant service, from marketing the property, to screening candidates, ensuring all documentation is in place and correct. The whole process was easy and stress free with the end-to-end experience being faultless. The previous tenant moved out today, I conducted the exit inventory with the property being spotlessly clean and exactly how we handed it to him 6 months ago. Just shows the quality of the tenants David recommends to us. We've been renting properties in Kings Langley for over 15 years and our experience of Kings Langley Estates is by far and away the best we have had for a long while! Highly recommended!!!

GoogleI feel very lucky for reaching out David Freeman at Kings Langley Estate Agents. I was having issues to find a place because the previous viewings with other different agencies were not the best. Honestly, with David I felt like I was taken care of and the process were really transparent and smooth, no stress. Also, they use a very sleek signature tool that allows us to easily sign off, view or share documents. David replied me always within 1 day (if not instantly) and always with a reassuring email to my concerns : ) Moving in was easy because all the suppliers are notified by Kings Langley and they allow us to only worry about getting settled in to our new home : )
