David Freeman is quite simply not your average Estate Agent! He went above and beyond to find the right tenant for my daughter’s flat and I have no hesitation in recommending his services. David has years of experience and it shows, he is professional and dedicated and a genuinely lovely person. Nothing was too much trouble, he was always available on email or phone, including evenings and weekends and even rang me from his well earned holiday abroad to answer a query! After securing a new tenant, David also called the utility companies and local council to inform them of the account change - he literally leaves no stone unturned! To sum up, David just likes to get things done and done efficiently, in fact, “dedicated” should be his middle name, thank you David!

David is simply different from all the other agents I have met so far. We have been renting for over 10 years with different agents, but David is by far the best of them all. He is proactive and takes an interest in every detail so that everything goes well. He offers assistance throughout the entire process and is always available. I wholeheartedly recommend his services!

I have been renting several properties for many years now and David is, without doubt, the best Managing Agent I have had the privilege to work with. His dedication to the pursuit of excellence in everything he does is simply outstanding. I cannot praise him highly enough. If only other agents aspired to your exceedingly high standards!

Very Good experience with Kings Langley Estates, especially David Freeman who did everything he could to help us in founding the right flat to rent. We are actually locked in a friend house due to travelling quarantine and David Freeman went to properties to do Live Video Tour for us. When we choose our flat, We could sign up for it all online. Very good communication via email and Whatsapp, David is always available. We Highly recommend you to trust this estate agency and to go ahead. Thank you again to David and Kings Langley Estate. It’s been a pleasure to find my new rental studio apartment through Kings Langley estates. David has seen me from the viewing all the way to move in date. No question was too much to answer. A few maintenance issues on moving in today which should be dealt with by property management but David took it upon himself to sort it out going the extra mile top service highly recommend.

First experience using David of Kings Langley Estates. Absolutely delighted with David’s services from start to finish. From arranging out of hours viewings, ensuring he obtained the right tenant for us, keeping us thoroughly updated throughout and even down to notifying all the utilities companies at the end, which was a great service, saved us doing all that! I can not recommend David highly enough. When the need arises again he will be the one we call. Darren Rollo

My late father’s flat had been vacant for nearly two years due legal issues. Langley Estates came to appraisal the flat, made suggestions of how to market it, including using a drone to show panoramic views of the area. Held an open day, which secured a buyer within two months of being advertised on their website. The estate agents was happy to answer all your questions and had a breadth of knowledge and experience of the housing market. Definitely will use Langley Estate’s again when get around to selling my flat.

David from Kings Langley Estates has been so professional from day 1, right until our tenancy finished. He was very clear in communication, and always willing to assist both us as tenants and the landlord. He tried to make any matter as smooth as possible. He is very responsive, even if he is on holiday. All their properties on the market are so beautiful. Thanks, David, for everything.
