They truly went the extra mile to ensure I felt confident and secure in finding the right tenant, someone who would genuinely love and take care of my home. Throughout the entire process, they have been extremely communicative and efficient. Delivering great service and depth of knowledge. Overall, I feel secure, well looked after, respected and listened to. I couldn’t recommend them more highly.

GoogleDisgusting service. Poor organisation. Booked to see a flat 2 weeks ago. Got to viewing day and they were over 30 mins late. Didn’t have the keys asked us to wait further, left myself my partner and our small child stuck outside for nearly an hour in the heat. When we tried to cancel they pressured us to wait longer. Agent was James

GoogleDavid Freedman of Kings Langley Estates took over the management of our development ten months ago and we went from being completely neglected to receiving 5-star treatment. Right from the start he assessed the development and started fixing issues up to top standards, informing us along the way and delivering on promised timelines. He asked for any of our concerns and addressed all of those as well promptly. Any concern raised or assistance requested was addressed right away. David has been simply exceptional, a standard followed by his team and James who has been the one I've liaised recently more often. If you find a property managed by Kings Langley Estates look no further. Highly recommended! Thank you guys!

GoogleI had James as my POC for moving in to my new flat. There was some miscommunication about how many fitted wardrobes there are in the flat which resulted in me being stuck with an old wardrobe and no place to put it. However, James has gone above and beyond as an estate agent in resolving this issue and was extremely helpful. 10/10 would recommend 👌

GoogleWe weren’t looking to rent our house, but with the market moving very slowly, we thought we’d give it a go. What could go wrong? Well nothing, actually! Kings Langley Estates took care of everything, from finding tenants to getting things fixed when they (inevitably) went wrong. Nothing was too much trouble and no question went unanswered or ignored. Recommended without hesitation.

GoogleVery impressed with David's ability to work as a great estate agent. He remained on point with many questions raised during the sell of our Ovaltine Drive Flat. Our flat was previously part-owned (55% by ourselves & 45 % shared ownership company), so selling this wasn't too easy as we'd tried a few times through previous local estate agents. In the past, it just never happened imo! But, David and his team remained true to their word by locating a 100% buy-out opportunity. Then through many calls, emails, and follow-ups to the joint shared ownership, David undertook his estate agent role to the next level and pushed the sale through. If you were to locate a local estate agent, certainly consider David first.

GoogleDavid Freeman is proof that not all estate agents are the same. He has been truly outstanding, going way above and beyond what could be expected. His response was always instant, and his personal service saw him working all hours, first throughout the tenancy and then very strongly guiding and co-ordinating all parties through the complex sale of a shared ownership appartment, to mutual benefit. A highly professional, honest and caring man. We cannot praise him highly enough.
