GoogleOn behalf of my father and family I would like to thank David & Kings Langley Estates for the excellent service he delivered in selling my fathers house. David made us all feel confident in his approach, his polite and friendly manor made my father feel reassured that we had made the correct choice. This was confirmed in the way that David conducted the sale process from start to finish, he showcased the house superbly which paid dividends with a quick sale. David was always available at anytime to answer our questions and he followed up any of our queries promptly, not your average 9 to 5 agent. I would highly recommend David to anyone looking to buy, sell or rent.

GoogleDavid at Kings Lansley Estates runs a slick business. His communication is impeccable, responding in seconds to us as his clients and also, perhaps even more importantly to potential buyers. His marketing is creative and eye catching as he uses drones, videos and sophisticated cameras to make the best of each room and garden. David will go the extra mile to ensure his clients are reassured and constantly demonstrates his knowledge and wealth of experience of the industry. I strongly recommend Kings Langley Estates.

GoogleGreat service given by David Freeman I was looking for a clean, well maintained flat to rent for more than a month without any success. I then luckily contacted Kings Langley Estates property . A big thanks to agent David, the first property he showed ticked all boxes. He really understands his client's requirements and provides excellent service. He responded even outside of his working hours, such a nice friendly helpful agent. Thank you, David for all your support. I am so impressed with your service.

David was also extremely patient and supportive throughout the entire renting process. He promptly replied to all my queries even outside of usual working hours. This was my first time renting a place and both the landlord and I did not start off on the right foot. However, David managed to smooth things out. He went above and beyond to sort things out for me. Special thanks to David for his efficient & excellent service. I would highly recommend David to anyone looking for a property in Hemel Hempstead!

GoogleMany thanks to David for his efforts in completing our sale and purchase in King's Langley. He contacted us when a property we were previously interested in came on the market and worked tirelessly to complete the purchase and sell our property. David was honest and kept us updated on the sale and purchase of our homes and took control of a chain when other agents were inactive. Many thanks David, we would highly recommend King's Langley Estates.

Google5 stars is not enough to describe Mr.David. He is Professional,Calm and assisted us all the way! We met different agents in the market, but He is not typical agent, He works with passion and deals with us in professional way. He can be trusted and answered my questions concisely. We are a couple that had moved in the UK and I can assure that Mr. David is trustworthy. It is difficult to trust that is new to the country, but I am the living proof, Mr David is trustworthy and delivers excellent costumer service! I can recommend Kingslangley estates, definetly!

Google"Well, based on our experience, I can say that if you want your property sold in Kings Langley and the surrounding area, David Freeman of Kings Langley Estates, is your man. From the get-go, when David offered us the best possible terms of business, put together an outstanding listing and had our property on the market within 24 hours of being instructed, David made us lots of BIG promises. Not least that, as an independent agent, he would be available 24/7 and be working round the clock to have our house sold to a good buyer within a month. And he was as good as his word, David immediately organised a dozen viewings of suitable clients he already had up his sleeve and had our house off the market and sold, in excess of our already ambitious asking price, within four days! Outstanding work.. And it was only then his true value kicked in for us, given we all know full well how protracted and often stressful the business of moving house can be. Not only was David always on it and picked up my calls every time I rang him, day or night, he was also invaluable in terms of advice and support, also helping us to secure the right property for our move. And more than happy to do all the wheeling and dealing for us, on this front too, in terms of getting the best price for our own purchase. A process he also seemed to enjoy being involved in and for him was all part of the service, in terms of helping us to get where we needed to be and to hold the chain together, with fellow agents and lawyers alike. And always with a professional firmness that hawkishly protected our best interests, as well as with considerable sensitivity and good humour too... Looking back now, it seems a strange thing to say about what is reckoned to be one of the most stressful life events any of us can go through, but David truly made the whole process fun! And became something of a friend to us throughout. So, as long-term residents of Kings Langley who were actively involved in the local community for over 44 years! All we can categorically say is, based on our experience, David's service throughout is first-class in every aspect and we are confident will comfortably exceed your expectations. This is a man who has a wealth of experience to bring to bring to bear, in order to achieve the best possible result for you. Truly a safe pair of hands, who is also a pleasure to work with. You simply can't go wrong... For us, Kings Langley Estates is your only choice if you want the very best of local estate agents working on your behalf" Scott & Maureen Hastie, Oct 2022.

GoogleI am happy to write a glowing review about real estate agent David Freeman. From my personal experience working with him, I can confidently say that he is an exceptional agent who truly cares about his clients. From the very beginning, David demonstrated his commitment to helping me find the perfect home. He took the time to understand my needs and preferences, and was always willing to answer any questions or concerns that I had. His deep knowledge of the local real estate market was invaluable in helping me find the right property. David was also extremely patient and supportive throughout the entire renting process. He provided me with all the information I needed to make an informed decision, and was always available to provide guidance and support when I needed it. What sets David apart from other agents is his honesty and transparency. He was always upfront about any potential issues or drawbacks with a property, and never tried to sugarcoat or hide any information from me. I appreciated this level of honesty, as it helped me make an informed decision and avoid any potential pitfalls down the road. Overall, I would highly recommend David Freeman to anyone looking for a property in Kings Langley. His professionalism, expertise, and dedication to his clients make him one of the best agents in the business. I couldn't be happier with my experience working with David, and I will definitely be using his services again in the future.

GoogleDavid is Professional, Ethical and extremely helpful. It was my first instance of renting a property in the UK. Naturally I had so many questions and was not entirely sure of the process. David guided every step of the way and helped me get the kind off property I was looking for. Since it was my first instance the process was not simple but he made it very smooth. David goes above and beyond to help and sort things in time. He is always available (even during his vacations) to answer your questions/to guide. If I ever have to buy/ rent another property, I will go back to David, without any second thoughts. Thank you David, it was truly fantastic to have you around during this process.

GoogleI would highly recommend David Freeman to whoever wants to sell their property. He marketed my property at a time a very difficult time, in the middle of the pandemic. There were lots of things to take into account and I was not sure how things were going to pan out. He told me to trust him and that once he takes on a job, he commits himself totally to it until his mission is accomplished. David was very professional, knew how to get over the hurdles and most importantly, he was never too busy to respond to my texts, calls and emails! The level of communication was outstanding as I was never left in the dark!! Thank you David for going above and beyond to conclude the sale of my property!!!

GoogleDavid Freeman has been absolutely amazing. He is professional and one of the nicest person you can know. Nothing is too much trouble for David even when he is not working and at home with his family he always has time to assist and advise you. If I never saw David in action on how fast he rented my property and had tenants in within 2 weeks I would have never believed it! Totally incredible. As a first time Landlord, David took the stress and worry of renting out my property and I love my new tenants, I couldn't be happier. If I could have given a 10 star I would have.
