John and the Kelvin Valley Properties team provided a very professional service from start to finish, handling all aspects of the marketing and sale process to achieve an excellent price for the property with a well qualified hassle free buyer. Kelvin Valley was very honest and strait forward with us. As new residents of the UK, we were unfamiliar with the law and regulations required to let a property for my family. The expert staff at Kelvin Valley acted as friends helping us understand the regulations and let the best property possible for us. Thank you!

Recently sold my property through this firm. From the outset they were quick to respond, friendly and professional. Answered any questions I had and never had any issue reaching them. Property went live on a Wednesday and was sold by the weekend. They know the market and they know the area which I think makes all the difference.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

We recently sold our flat with Kelvin Valley and John and Andy have been fantastic from start to finish. We were actually valued slightly more with another estate agent who didn’t know the area very well. So we decided to go with Kelvin Valley as the knowledge they have of property in Kilsyth is spot on. We sold for full home report value! It was all very smooth and plenty of updates along the way. We would thoroughly recommend using this service!

We had an unusual house to sell which seemed to put other larger, well known estate agents into uncertainty about the price we should market our house at. Kelvin Valley, however were confident because of their knowledge about the local area. They were swift and efficient as they knew we needed to sell quickly. The house went to a closing date within a week and we managed to get an insane 50% above asking price. Can’t thank you guys enough as it paved the way to our family securing our dream home. Kelvin Valley Properties are amazing!!!
