One of the best businesses to work with renting properties, I have never had any issues with them unlike others in different areas that sadly Kelvin Valley didn’t cover, I would definitely recommend them if you have any properties in their areas to use, they are very professional and if you have any issues getting contractors for any work needed when they inspect it, they should be able to help out in most circumstances, I know for myself they got someone out to resolve any works required to keep the property in good condition.

Kelvin did a fantastic job selling our house. One phone call to organise an initial discussion, pictures taken on the day and house on the market and sold within a fortnight. There was also a good range of marketing material which sold the house well. Carol was particularly helpful in terms of keeping in touch with us and managing the viewing process. Kelvin Valley staff has consistently gone above and beyond any expectation of a property management team. More specifically, I will speak to the impeccable care provided to us by the repairs and maintenance manager, Neil. He alone has managed to display the progressive prowess of all Tradies in Scotland. His haslehoff’esk’ life saving heroics from explaining fire codes, teaching us how to operate complex UK thermostats, to giving advice on ordering replacement parts on Amazon have blown our simple American minds. Who knew white duct tape existed?!?? That guy! Every nagging question we’ve had as newly expat renters has been answered intelligently and in a way only a true Scot can. His competitive nature added to his ever increasing efficiency and consistently removed any doubt that he belongs at the top as the overseer of all things repairs and maintenance. As a tenant of Kelvin Valley Properties I've just had a Legionella Water Test carried out by Neil McGougan. I had never heard of it before but Neil explained it's importance to me and it was as simple as a water temperature tester held under the the taps while running and a visual inspection. A quick and easy process for peace of mind and as with previous visits to the property by Neil cheerfully carried out while respecting my privacy.
