I recently sold my property through Kelvin Valley Properties. There is definitely a reason why so many choose to use them in Kilsyth and beyond. They gave great advice, put me in touch with surveyors who did the home report, took professional photos, answered my questions and carried out the viewings for me. My property went under offer in less than 2 weeks (8 or 9 days I think!) and I got a great price. Would recommend using

I bought my property 3 years ago from Kelvin Valley and when it came time to sell I knew the only place I wanted to sell through was them again. From start to finish Kelvin Valley Properties have been excellent. Thorough, professional, knowledgeable and have gone above and beyond. Communication throughout the selling process has been superb which is just one thing that makes Kelvin Valley so efficient. We first had a visit from John who was able to provide all the necessary information as well as allowing us all the flexibility we needed when it came to getting pictures taken of our property and sorting out viewings. We then were put in touch with Paul who kept in contact regarding when people were viewing and how the viewings went. Having come from England, I wasn’t sure how the process worked in Scotland but Paul was able to answer every question we had and advised us on the best actions to take. The property was sold in under a week. In fact the whole process took only 2 weeks from our first enquiry to finding a buyer. Not only have they been so thorough in this process but they have also been incredibly supportive afterwards. I forgot to take meter readings before I left to go back to England and also left something behind. I got in touch again to ask if this is something they would be able to help with and once again they have not let me down. I am so grateful to Kelvin Valley, and John and Paul particularly, for making what I was expecting to be a stressful experience so easy. I cannot recommend them enough! Thank you!

In the beginning, I was inexperienced but KVP managed to guide me through the process of becoming a landlord and I now have 3 properties (all of which managed by KVP), one of which is going to be refurbished by KVP with their refurb package and I couldn’t be happier.
