John produced very professional photographs for the marketing of my property and really made it look the best it could be. He also gave me regular updates on things via phone and email. FacebookI couldn’t recommend Kelvin Valley enough! They quickly found us a property and had us moved in just over a week later. The property was of very high standard, and after previously viewing a disgraceful flat with a different company, Kelvin Valley restored our faith in finding a nice place to live. Jak and Ian have been incredibly helpful and continuously supportive, making us feel as comfortable as possible in our new home. They are genuinely lovely people and the extent of care they have given us is appreciated greatly. I thank them dearly for finding us our perfect first home together!

FacebookBeen with Kelvin valley for nearly 8 years, they have been outstanding in every way, from breaking the news after being in the old house for seven and a half years that the landlord is now selling to doing there best to find us another house and out doing there self with what we have ended up with, not only that but being the time of year being told you have 2 months to move out just a couple of days after xmas, Kelvin valley made it less stressful and gave us lots of different properties to view. With stuff regarding break down of white goods, heating or any other issues they are quick to get it sorted and always keep you informed whats happening.I would and have recommended Kelvin valley with the experience i have had and am getting. 5*

In fact, we don’t even see ourselves as landlords anymore, but ‘hands off’ investors, as we just leave everything in their capable hands whilst we do other things. FacebookThe team at kelvin valley are friendly,professional and reliable. From the minute we signed up to sell our house with them they were in constant contact with us keeping us updated daily. They sold our house within 4weeks and even after this offered us support and advice when purchasing our new one. It was when viewing potential new homes from other companies we saw the difference in service.... kelvin Valley are second to none!!!!!

FacebookI recommend Kelvin Valley. Great service from them. Quick responses through calls and emails. Quick to help us get our property on the market and they cost so much less than the big high street agents that we have used before. They were really helpful when we needed advice and you don't get the pushy sale tactics that you get from the bigger agents.They know the area well and i definitely would use them again
