They were very professional, pleasant, good communicators, prompt to respond and always happy to help get us through the sales process. We would have no hesitation recommending anyone thinking of selling their property in the Kilmarnock/East Ayrshire area to sell it with the help of the Slater Hogg team. We recently got our Mortgage accepted with Slater Hogg and I'll tell you it certainly wasn't an easy process for Nicola. Having had an offer accepted with another company before and it fell through. from day one she was sure she could get us a mortgage and she did just that. In a very short space of time. We were first time buyers with a bad credit history and a load of paperwork but she didn't shy from that she smashed it for us. 5 Stars for her from us.

One of the worst letting agents

One of the worst letting agents I’ve ever dealt with. We had a really awful experience trying to get our deposit back and were charged additional late fees that were never properly communicated to us. The whole process has been stressful and poorly handled from start to finish. We are now seeking representation to challenge the charges and recover our deposit. I would strongly advise others to avoid renting through this firm.
