From start to finish I cannot recommend Slater Hogg Kilmarnock highly enough. From Steve in Marketing and Mairi & Susan in the office, they constantly impressed. Not once did I ever have to call as they kept me up to speed every day. Mairi went above and beyond and I cannot thank them enough. Moving home is stressful and they removed that! The video and pictures by Andrew were phenomenal and I thank them for the amazing marketing that sold my house in 7 days! Bernard made the process of letting through slater hogg and howison as smooth as possible for my partner and I. Kept in touch and kept us up to date with what was happening before we collected the keys for our flat. He ensured he answered any questions we had thoroughly, especially since it was our first time letting. Definitely a credit to the company. Have recently assisted my 82year old mum to sell and buy a new home (both Kilmarnock Branch). Mhari, Steve and Susan were amazing with this whole process. Very informative, kept up to date at all times and very competitive rates. I would actually say Mhari went above and beyond to help. Ten years of overcharging and appalling service

I was a landlord for ten years and dealt with Slater Hogg throughout that period. My experience was consistently appalling. I felt overcharged at every opportunity and never believed they were acting in my interests as their client. Quite the opposite, it often felt as though they were working against me. I repeatedly received information that proved to be incorrect or misleading, which caused unnecessary frustration and completely destroyed my trust in the company. Based on my experience, I would not recommend Slater Hogg to any landlord.
