GoogleMy partner and I have secured a property with 247 letting and couldn't be happier. The property is amazing and the guys are 247 letting couldn't have been more helpful and friendly. GoogleAfter many years of bad experiences letting my properties in Kilmarnock I was glad to find Vicky and the 24/7 team. They sourced great tenants quickly and helped complete EICR and EPC certification, including some last minute repairs, meeting all the agreed deadlines.

I can assure you the company follows all regulations and all staff know and have a good relationship with the owner. I would like to invite you into the office for a chat to discuss any grievances you may have as i am unaware of who you are or what tenancy you have or previously had. I notice your account has only ever left one review previously and this was to us last week with a complaint regarding a deposit. Again i am unaware of who you are so am unable to comment on this

GoogleSlow to sort repairs. My dad has no hot or cold water in his toilet and bring a pensioner that's far from ideal. Next I will be advising him to withhold rent until the issue is swiftly remedied and bring property up to an expected standard.

GoogleWorst letting agents I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Appalling lack of communication between tenants, agents and landlords not to mention the unprofessionalism of staff's manner towards complaints and repair requests. 1 star is generous, I wouldn't even give them that if I had the option.
